Background: When Dr Juilen was alive not only did he create Zane, but also Vinny. Zane was made to protect who can't protect themselves as we all know, but Vinny was created to explore areas others can't. Zane and Vinny never met untill Dragons Rising
Extras: Vinny doesn't have an elemental power but the ninja still took him in, since he could venture to areas they couldn't be was very useful. Vinny has no mouth but can still talk via a voicebox in his chest. Vinny has no clue what a sexuality is. Vinny only has eyes, ones that look digital, but still very much eyes. It can speak in any language, even backwards. Vinny is basically Zane but different personality and style. Old looking, modern working. People somehow mistake it for a female TV head.
