Unchanged Truth: Legend of the Star God

If one would ever ask you a question as to what is the greatest mystery that could ever be imagined by anyone, what would you choose?

To most the answer may seemed obvious the 'Aeons' near-almighty and nigh all-powerful beings that had walked across the universe for many generation.

Some even predated all sentient life when the universe was still at its infancy, existing when the first stars were made, the first world were born and the first of galaxies rised from the primordial fire of the universe's own birth.

But we digress, there is an even greater legend that speaks of an entity that isn't an Aeon but something else entirely.

To know this entity, we must first go back to the most ancient time when even the Aeons had yet to exist, when they had yet to become who they were.

When hot gaseous clouds were the only thing that existed after the birth of the universe... a singular lifeform was made, one unique out of all species known throughout the universe that we know of.

Records are sketchy and weren't quite as accurate as it was were back then regarding this entity, but an immensely advance civilization was the first to have grace the presence of this single lifeform.

Said to be the first and greatest being to have ever existed before the Aeons came, predating them by many ages and by old records that had spoken of this ancient being.

'C'tan'

The words were unclear as to what this ancient word mean, but it has been noted across various ruins and tapestry of this ancieny word.

Many scholars at the time had tried and attempted to decipher the meaning behind the ancient word but many failed to truly access the meaning of what it is.

Seemingly being abandoned by a majority as the ages past, study regarding this mystery was halted and forgotten by all but a few whom persisted in uncovering the truth.

Whole generations of families seeking to uncover what was deemed to be the greatest mystery that had been known to the galaxy and wider universe at large.

Many deemed them as fools who seeked an answer that was never there, laughing at their endeavor and deeming that it was a wasteful act that was were pursing.

This however did not deter the few whom sought to uncover the truth behind this seemingly ancient word, a primal call that seems to resonate with those that try and delve into the secrets of a long lost secret preserved by what was deemed to be a civilization whom met the entity in question.
