PART 1

Destiny...
Sounds like a very small word but holds a very deep meaning in our lives

What's written in your fate can't be changed but it changes the whole within you.. something similar happened with our bunny, where an unwanted mere accident changed everything in his life.

Let's head to our story

Jungkook was a 24 year old fellow a bright fellow and helplessly social butterfly. He loved making friends and his charm and charisma attracted many to him too.
He loved playing basketball and was his colleges captain. He had everything a person would desire in his life...
A happy family, great siblings, a great dream, friends and yeah money too..
But as I said no one can change their fate.

It was almost 7 when a tired jungkook left the basketball court after a tiresome practice for the upcoming league.
Taking a long sigh he sat in his car ready to leave when his mother called.

"Kookie where are you? Isn't the practice over yet ? You must be so hungry and tired son, when will you be back ? Kookie hello... Hello kookie ?" A worried voice laced from the other side of the phone

" Hello mom. Chill mom I am fine don't panic, I'll be back in a zist. And yes I am so hungryyyy so make something nice for me na please" jungkook said i a cute voice..

"Aww my son don't worry just reach back fast I'll make your favourite tonight". Mrs jeon replied
Jungkook cut the call not before exchanging i love you with his mom.

"What did he say?" Mr Jeon asked Mrs jeon once he saw she was done with the call.
" He said that his practice is over he will be back soon." She replied

"See mom i told you there was nothing to worry about " namjoon said walking towards the sofa to sit near his father.
"What to do son you mom loves to over exaggerate " his father laughed.

" Not fare dad she is just worried." Yoongi said hugging his mother from behind.
Mrs jeon caressed his face and said
" See only he understands me. You guys are of no use. Ok now let me go my kookie must be hungry let me make something for him."

It was almost half hour past. The trio was sitting in the living room discussing business until Mr Jeon's phone rang.

"Hello... Yes this is jungkook's dad speaking here.... W-what.. A-are y-yo-u s-su-re... Okay okay thank you we'll be there."

The shout alarmed the boys who happen to ask their father

"What happened dad...?"

"J-jung-kook he h-he" unable to form words he fell down on the floor with tears running down his eyes.

"DADDDD" both shouted together.

"Dad your scaring me.. please tell us what happened." This time yoongi spoke

"Jungkook got into a car accident." He finally cried..

SPLASHHHHHH

They turned back and saw Mrs jeon standing like a statue with tears welling in her eyes. Her chest heaved up and down. Where namjoon was busy handling his dad Yoongi ran to his mom.
"Nothing will happen to our kookie mom. You here me nothing will happen to him." He patted her back.

Running down the lobby and crashing into people the Jeon family finally reached the ICU.

"Doctor we are Jeon jungkook's family where is he? How is he ? Is it severe ? Please tell us something."

"Calm down sir please let us do our work. And don't worry it was not a major accident we are sending him for ct scan to see if there are any internal bleeding and I am sure the tests would be good.. " the doctor calmed namjoon.

The family took a breath of release when the doctor continued.
"But a big glass ha crashed down on his left side. Starting from his left cheek till his chest and I am afraid it might be permanent." Saying this he left

All were stilled hearing this. They were happy to hear that Jungkook was safe but also worried not knowing how jungkook would react to this.

Finding it difficult to open his eyes Jungkook blinked out several times to adjust the light.
Looking here and there he saw an IV drip laced to his hands. Craking his neck and moving it further he saw his mother's sitting beside him holding his hands and saying something.

For a second he panicked when he was unable to hear anything but calming himself he straightened his posture.

Finally having a proper image around him he saw every one surrounding his bed and he softly spoke

"Where am I ?" He said.
He got startled by a bone crashing hug from his mother.

"O my lord good heaven you woke up thank God I was so worried." She chanted.

"Mom leave him it will hurt him." Namjoon said.
"Namjoon hyung where am I and dad why are you crying?" Jungkook said

" Bub you got into an accident. We got a call from the hospital. How are you feeling is it hurting anywhere?" His dad spoke.

Jungkook finally realised. He now clearly remembered how a car suddenly enter in one way and crashed with his car.
Sighing out he softly smiled to his dad and said
"Don't worry dad I am fine. I am sorry I must have worried you all too much".

A nurse came in interrupting their conversation.

"How are you feeling Mr Jeon." The nurse asked
"I am fine mam". He replied back.

" Ok then don't worry you will be discharged soon. Let me apply this medicine for you and you have to do the same until bruise heals." She said

Jungkook looked at her confusingly when suddenly she started applying the cream on his face.

Jungkook looked at his family who gave him a defected look. Standing on his feet he ran inside the attached washroom to see his face only to gasp.

A long thick red cut ran deep down till his collar bones if that's what was visible from his shirt. Opening a few buttons with tears in his eyes he realised that the cut almost ran through his chest.
He cried not wanting to see himself he ran out and hugged his mother.

" Mom please please tell me that it's temporary. Mom i feel horrible mom. It looks as if someone has cut my face down.. mom please say something momm. I am scared." He cried on her shoulders

Seeing this Mrs jeon couldnot utter anything. How... How can she even console him.

Days changed to weeks.. things got better unlike jungkook maybe the wound healed but the scars were still deep to be settled. Jungkook could never not imagine in his worst days that something like this would happen to him.

The boy who once used to be so excited about going to college now did not even wanted to leave his room.

His brother felt defeated when they saw jungkook resigning from his basketball team.
That confident and always chirping boy now always stays quite and dim.

He joined back to college. But he use to always hide from people not wanting to know how they would react seeing him. His friends at first were confused but seeing him ignoring them so much they started bullying him. Calling him names.

Apart from eunwoo and mingyu there was no one who understood him.
At least he got to know who his true friends were.
Now the only thing he waited for was his college to get over...

Fate does tear down a lot from our lives but destiny is what decides where you would be..
Let's see how destiny would win over our jungkookie's fate.....
