Phoenix's POV

"Who's that?"

I asked my friend, Abram. We are on a bench in our school garden.

I am currently looking at that brown haired woman. She's smiling..hmm? Is she Australian? She looks like one.

"Farah Asunsion. You like her? You have a woman, Phoenix." he said while smirking.

"Sasha and I were just f*ck buddies, that b*tch just spread rumors of us being in a romantic relationship— Is she single?"

I crossed my arms infront of my chest. Kasalukuyan itong nagbabasa ng libro, may earphone din itong suot. Every minute, her forehead will creased and she will bite her lower lip.

"No, she's in a relationship. With Centillion."

Nangunot ang noo ko. That kind looking b*stard?

I hissed. Mukha namang natuwa si Abram sa reaksyon ko.

"You like her?" kalauna'y tanong nito.

"Who wouldn't." tugon ko at nagkibit balikat.

"Hey, Miss Half Aussie." tawag ko dito. We became close. I got close with her— cause I like her.

"Shut up, Salvatorre." pagsusungit nito.

"You should get over with that b*stard ex of yours."

"Ayoko nga. Hindi ako magmo-move on. Atsaka, bakit ba nandito ka na naman? Hindi ka ba hinahanap ng girlfriend mo?"

Is she jealous about me having a girlfriend? No worries, Sasha and I were just f*ck buddies.

"Nope." I said while staring at her. She's really gorgeous.

"Why did you f*cking say that? That Miss Half Aussie is the only woman you will marry? Oh, f*ck you, Phoenix! F*ck you!" dinuro ako ni Sasha na ipinagsawalang bahala ko.

"I knew you had an eye on her kahit noong third year pa lang tayo, and now that we are graduating, nagkaroon ka na ng lakas ng loob na pormahan sya?!"

"Just shut up, Sasha!"

"I will not f*cking shut up! I will ruin her—"

"Don't you f*cking dare, woman! I swear, your future career that you are dreamin' of? I will ruin it first." madiin kong ani.

I never touched her again. Wala nang nangyari samin. But then, sa mga tao sa university, kami pa rin. I let it stay that way, until we graduate. Cause she wants to. Kahit na yun man lang ang regalo ko sa kanya— pinagbigyan ko na din.

"Are you in a bad mood?" Abram asked.

May party na ginaganap sa mansyon ng parents ko. Nasa ibang bansa sila ngayon.

I brushed my hair. Katatapos lang namin mag usap ni Farah. She told me to just forget— f*ck that sh*t! I like her! Hindi ko sya kayang kalimutan.

"Hi, Abram! Hi, Phoenix!" bati ni Seira. It was Farah's bestfriend.

Abram's face darkened.

"You drunk?" tanong nito sa babae.

"Yeah. Mamaya matutulog naman na ako. Nanghiram ako ng kwarto kay Nix, right?" kinindatan pa ako nito.

Abram's gaze shifted to me. If only stares could k*ll, nakabulagta na ko dito.

"Where's Farah?" tanong ko.

Nang sabihin nya kung nasaan ito ay agad ko syang pinuntahan and it happened.

It was too fast. Gulong gulo ako nang oras na yun. I said a lot of things that I do not mean.

Nasabi ko pa tuloy na si Sasha lang ang papakasalan ko which is not true at all. Sadyang naasar lang talaga ako sa sinabi nya. I mean, wala namang masama na pakasalan ko sya— but then, I want to take it slow!

Gusto kong ligawan muna sya, then sasagutin nya ako, magiging magkarelasyon kami at sa huli ay magpapakasal. Yeah, for me, Phoenix Salvatorre to say that, it was cheesy. But, it's Farah I am talking about. Gusto kong iparamdam sa kanya kung gaano ako kapursigido sa kanya.

I don't want to be cuddled. Mula pagkabata, ayoko. Nadala ko iyon hanggang sa maging mag asawa kami. There are times that I was cold with her, minsan naman ay hindi. All throughout our marriage, nagtatampo ako, and she didn't even notice it! Hindi nya man lang ako tinanong— F*ck! I sound like a woman with that.

"What, Ma?" tanong ko pagkarating ko sa sala. I gasped. Sasha...

"Buntis ako, Phoenix." ani nito na nagpataas ng kilay ko.

"Then?" bored kong tanong.

Lumapit sa akin si Mom. Hinilot naman ni Dad ang sentido nya.

"Did she told you na ako ang ama ng pinagbubuntis nya? Mom and Dad, no! Ngayon ko nga lang sya nakita!"

"It's not yours, Phoenix." Dad said.

Hinawakan ako sa braso ni Mom at nagsalita.

"It's your Uncle Fredric's. Nagkaroon sila ng relasyon ni Sasha. And...anak, please, do us a favor. Palabasin nating ikaw ang ama ng pinagbubuntis ni Sasha."
