Chapter 3: Awakening

4 years pass and at first light, I wake up and jump out of the bed excitedly, why because today I turn 6 years old and you all what that means. Yes. today I get to awaken my martial soul.

I was just going to find mom, when both my parents come smiling at me.

"excited aren't you," my parents asked.

Xinyang: "Of course, when are we going to the awakening center?"

Mom: "We don't need to go to the center Xiao Yang we can awaken you."

Xinyang: "Oh yes, your both soul masters. Oh right! Mom, dad what exactly is your level you never told me that."

Dad: "Yes, we never really introduced ourselves to you since you were born did we, how irresponsible of us."

Now that I think about it yes I don't even know your names.

Mom: "Well xiao yang'er, moms name is Feng Xin and I am Lvl 98 titled doulou, auxiliary soul master. oh and my soul form is called the Supreme lotus. "

Wow, mom's a titled doulou and a LVL 98 on top of that. Next, my father came up.

Dad: "Xiao Yang'er my name is Feng Xiao Tian and I am a Lvl 99 limit doulou and my soul form is called Tyrant Sword."

Xinyang: "Oh, will I get one of those?" (I know I will have three but I can't tell them that.)

When I asked that my father said.

Mom: "I am sorry Xiao Yang but our family is a bit different, every one of our martial souls is different and unique. Don't worry, our clan is the absolute strongest in the star continent and that is because even though we don't have a blood spirit every one of our spirits is still extremely powerfull."

I thought inside my mind. "what we are not in the doulou continent."

Xinyang: "Dad, I though we are in doulou continent"

Dad: "We are Xiao Yang, but we originate from the star continent. we moved here because we are too strong and the clan might get too arrogant if we are there."

Will I be going to school after the awakening?

Dad: "No xiao yang, I will be training you until your 12. You can go to any secondary school you want to when you're twelve, you don't need to go to primary school to get into the secondary school after all."

I see. (looks like I will be going straight to Shrek)

Mom: "Let's start with the awakening shell we."

We went outside just in case anything happens.

My father came up to me and put his hand on the top of my head. soon I felt a heat in the middle of my chest, my back and on the back of my neck.

I soon see 2 swords on my hand, One with a light blue blade and the other with a bright red blade. one the ground below me is a little tree about 0.5 meters tall with one side with fresh flowers and leaves and the other side dead with only branches. Finally swirled around in each of my hands are two 0.5 meter snakes, one black, and one white.

My parent's gasps looking at the three soul forms.

"Triple soul form" they both say.

My father asked their names which I instinctively know when I awakened them.

The swords are called " The twin swords of absolute fire and absolute ice"

The tree is called "The tree of life and death"

The two little snakes are called "The extreme Yin and Yang Dragons."

Dad: "Such domineering names they have"

Do I need to hide that I have triple soul forms?

"Why would you do that, it's not like we are criminals." (That's true it's not like I have the clear sky hammer from the tang clan.)

"Since you have more than one spirit you naturally have essence harmonization. "

When will I get my soul rings?

"Let's test your soul level."

Father grabbed the crystal to test soul power level and told me to put my soul energy in it. While I did, it got brighter and cracks starts to appear in the crystal until it completely shattered.

"Your soul power is stronger than 10. Let me get the other crystal."

Mom came back with the crystal and I put my soul power in it again. The crystal glowed very bright but did not shatter

Mom: "Just now I saw that you have an abnormally strong soul and innate lv20, so we will get you 2 rings of  thousand-year-old beasts"

For my swords, I absorbed a 2000 year Blazing Lion which gives me an ability called Blazing slash. With this ability, I can send a blast of blazing fire making it a range attack. After a month of settling, I got my second soul ring from a 8,000 year old armored ice bear that allows my sword and sword qi to be sharper and tear through armor. This armored ice bear gave me the soul skill frost slash. My parents decided I should not put any soul rings on my other martial soul forms until I reach titled douluo so as to have better soul rings on them later on.

And from that day begins my life of hell in which on the day I train like crazy with my dad with the swords and technique in flame control and ice control knowledge with mom. Then, at night I cultivate the yin yang cultivation technique first chapter.

I noticed that once I got my soul rings, I was able to unlock the second part of the Yin-Yang body cultivation technique which is more of a spiritual eye technique. Which I practiced after gaining my second soul ring. And with the knowledge of many martial arts, I was able to practice void steps, cloud palm, and tyrant fist. Mastering the first level of all these techniques after the first soul ring. Then I started to practice the second level of these techniques after the second soul ring.
Since I mastered tyrant fist, I had the idea of teaching Dad the technique to improve on his close combat skills. And the improvement was noticeable.
