When Ga On opened his eyes he had no idea where he was and what was happening to him. His whole body ached and he couldn't move to get up, to look around and figure out where he was. He barely opened his eyes and groaned feeling the pain all over his body.
While he had one of his eyes fully open, he noticed Kang Yo Han standing right in front of him. "Where am I?" Ga On asked the man.
"It's not paradise, that's for sure," the man said and turned to the door right away. "Don't move, you need to recover," he added.
So, he was with Kang Yo Han.
Thankfully he quickly remembered what happened, all about last night and feeling guilty about spying on his Chief, meeting him in the office, the painting blowing up. And somehow, he found himself in Kang Yo Han's house, which must have happened because the man himself dragged him here.
Why would he do that? Ga On had no idea. From how he feels, he thinks that he should probably be in a hospital, yet for some reason, he's basically in enemy territory right now. And it's not like he can run away, because he literally cannot move. It was good that he woke up, that he was alive, but he couldn't do anything, he could barely breathe. He figured that maybe he should try and sleep a little more so that he'd recover quickly.
But to be honest, he was a bit scared to be in this house, be alone with Kang Yo Han. He had no idea where the man even lived, for all he knows he could be miles away from Seoul. He doesn't remember anything that happened after the explosion, maybe he's been kidnapped by Kang Yo Han and he has no idea that the man is holding him hostage.
Ga On thinks he should really figure out what is happening, but to do so, he knows he should rest a little bit, so that he could at least have some strength to get up from this bed and see what's going on.

As soon as Yo Han got to work the next day, he held a brief press conference about last night's explosion. He needed to address the issue and show the people that he was actually alive and (almost) well and announce that Kim Ga On was badly injured and needed to take a break to recover.
To add to that, Yo Han was royally pissed. He didn't know who was behind the explosion just yet, but he was furious enough to make the next move and announce the next Live Court Show as soon as possible. That's what the press conference was for, so that he could tell everyone about Lee Young Min being the next defendant. He knew it'd piss off Cha Kyung Hee and he had a feeling that the woman might have been behind the explosion, so the timing was just perfect.
And even though he was trying to stay calm during the press conference, he was basically trembling from anger from the inside. Not only did someone blow up his office right at the beginning of the show, but the people also ruined his suit and endangered his life, along with Kim Ga On's.
For some reason the young judge took the most of the fall and shielded him from the blast. Yo Han thinks it might have been because of his nature, because Kim Ga On seems to be a person that likes to please people and protect them. He seriously reminds him of Isaac in some ways, but Yo Han has to say that this kid definitely doesn't have Isaac's intelligence. He's incredibly stupid for someone who became a judge.
But putting the behavior aside, which does seem to be similar at times – Yo Han doesn't think they're that much alike. When he first saw Ga On's resume, he was incredibly shocked to see his features, so Isaac-like. Yet when he saw him for the first time, he noticed so many things that didn't match Isaac's appearance. For starters, Kim Ga On seemed to be a bit taller than his brother and he didn't have a problem with his eyesight. His hair was definitely a bit lighter, probably from the sun, and his face was more child-like, with puffy cheeks and soft skin. One more thing that was different were his hooded eyes and very, very plump lips, that were almost begging to be kissed.

FanfictionSet during the show with missing/extended scenes. Basically my take on TDJ if they were interested in each other from the start.
