9 - The Romantically Involved Ones

When Yo Han noticed that Ga On was the one who ran to Elijah as soon as possible and beat the shit out of the guy who attacked her, he knew he had nothing to worry about when it came to his niece.

Which is why, he could focus on something else – his pure rage.

He noticed that crazy thug from the internet and his friends, and Yoon Soo Hyun, in the middle of it. He already knew from Elijah what happened – the woman took her out to go shopping and had the audacity to stop and engage in a fight, while she had a sixteen year old girl in her car that she basically kidnapped.

To add to that, she let Elijah be attacked by those thugs.

Yo Han's blood was boiling with anger.

When he looked at Yoon Soo Hyun, all he wanted to do was to hurt her, the way she let Elijah get hurt. He wanted to choke her with his bare hands to show her that he's not a person she can mess with.

Unfortunately, he couldn't really do that.

Yoon Soo Hyun was a police officer, she could literally try to arrest him for doing something like that.

Moreso, Ga On was here, and he'd definitely hate him if he ever laid a finger on Yoon Soo Hyun.

So suffocating the woman was not an option here.

So he went for the next best thing.

He kept his eyes on the woman, staring at her with angry eyes, but his body moved towards that stupid thug and he decided to choke him instead, still looking Yoon Soo Hyun dead in the eye, showing her just how enraged he was.

And he knew she understood that, with how terrified she looked back at him.

His motivation for choking that man was mainly because of his anger towards Yoon Soo Hyun, but besides that, he kind of wanted to hurt the man as well, since he and his friends attacked Elijah.

And when it came to Elijah, Yo Han had no mercy.

"You dare touch my niece?" He spoke to the man, finally looking at the stupid thug, still choking him.

And then he heard Yoon Soo Hyun speaking.

"Stop it! Do you want to kill him?"

I'd rather kill you.

"Stop!" She yelled at him again, and then he noticed her point the gun at him. "I said stop!"

But Yo Han had no intention to stop. He looked at the woman actually amused, curious what she'd actually do.

And then, Ga On stepped in, like the idiot he was.

"Soo Hyun-ah, stop!" He exclaimed at her, coming to stand in between her and Yo Han. "Chief, you stop too."

Ga On looked at Yo Han then, a pleading look on his face, very concerned, basically begging Yo Han to let go of that man.

Yo Han appreciates the fact that Ga On didn't take sides in this, clearly very concerned about both of theirs behavior.

It doesn't change the fact that Yo Han is not only angry at this woman, he's also angry at Ga On. Because that's his best friend right here, fighting thugs with Yo Han's niece in her car, pointing a gun at him.

He's the one who should be pointing a gun at her.

He's honestly sick of her at this point.

And he wants to show this stupid girl that he's not afraid of her at all. That she is the one who should be afraid of him.
