I'm neutral about this ship. I know a lot of people hate it but I will be honnest, I don't ship them since they seems more like best friends to me. They work toghether a lot and trust each others what is really cute My only issue is the age gap(I headcanon Shadow as a 15 years old) and that Rouge is an adult herself I don't really mind this ship
