I watched from the balcony of Olympus as a three dragons flew up into the sky. HeartFyre, a ruby red dragon with sharp points on his wings. Iridesan, a pitch black dragon with a rainbow fade on his wings. And Ghost, a pure white dragon with fur covering her scales. My husband, Patrick, rode on Ghost, his black clothes standing out brightly on her fur. I could see the gold sleeves he wore wrapped around a little boy. Xander, our son. He wore gold and silver, the two colors that weren't black on his parent's outfits. I smiled and walked away from the balcony, having to go meet Gaia and Demeter about their jobs in the human world. I was wearing my dragon riding clothes, which consisted of a black leather outfit with three silver dragon heads on the chest. The silver leaf crown I wore sat nicely on my hair, which I had grown back out. I took a deep breath and walked into the meeting room, just to be instantly met with Gaia and Demeter's kind smiles.

"Hello darlings" I smiled, sitting down and crossing my legs.

"Hello my queen," Gaia smiled, "where is your husband on this fine day?"

"He insisted on taking Xander out on Ghost this morning, and I told him to not worry about the meeting. I know how to do meetings without him" I chuckled.

Both women smiled, and I turned to Demeter, who looked like she was about to speak. "May I ask why this meeting was called?" She asked, tilting her head slightly.

"Ah yes," I changed my aura to a more regal one. Ruling over Mount Olympus reminded me of the fantasy stories my father used to read. "I just wanted to make sure that everything is in check in the human world. I've heard stories of some demigods who believe I should not rule, so they're taking it out on the humans."

"You're right, they have been wreaking havoc my queen. Demeter has them under control though" Gaia proudly says the last part, excited.

"Then you are dismissed" I smiled, sending them both on their way.

Demeter stays behind, "how's my great grandson?" She asks.

"He's great, and happy that his grandmother is okay with his dragons."

"I don't have much say in it, your husband was the one who found them after all." She laughed, standing up.

"I hope you have a good day" I waved her off. Patrick was the one who found the dragons. My prized animals. He had been exploring and working with his powers without me one day, and next thing I knew he came home with three dragon eggs, wearing an excited look on his face. When he became a demigod, he adopted the power of talking to animals. Xander was born with the ability to make animals out of lightning. When I hear the door close behind her, I sink into my chair. I desperately wanted to go ride HeartFyre, the dragon I had connected with when he was born. He hatched a few months after Harley passed, so it was a nice relief to have Heartfyre. He was the biggest of all of the dragons, and was very protective of me.

I heard the door open again, and I turned to see Patrick and Xander wandering in, wearing large smiles on their faces.

"Hi mom!" Xander smiled, bounding over to me.

I made a funny face and scrunched up my nose, "you need a bath, you smell like dragon" I joked.

He rubbed his dirty blonde hair on my arms, "and now you do too" he laughed before jumping off me because I was tickling him.

"Go find Dorthy and tell her I ordered you to shower" I smiled, sending him on his way. Dorthy was our maid, and took care of him when me and Patrick were in a meeting. He was only 8 after all. I felt Patrick come up behind me, snaking his arms around my body. I tilted my head back to look at him.

"How was the meeting?" He asked, smiling softly.

"Good, Demeter said that she has everything under control," I reassured, "I'm still longing to go ride Heartfyre though."
