Run for your life and do not fucking stop.

She ran, not once looking back. She wasn't even able to see before her properly because of the tears giving her vision a blur effect.

Yona wiped the tears away and let her mind do the job of finding a way out as she ran through tall bushes and grasses, once in a while pushing a branch of a tree out of her way and covering her face from possible harm she could get from the tall trees.

Soon enough she was met with tall fences that surrounded the area, she looked back once and saw the white blinding lights of the building shining from a good 100 meters away. She looked forward again and began climbing the fence after testing it for electric shocks. It was about 3 meters tall and a bit difficult for fyona, but she could push through, swing her leg over the top, and drop herself without much harm.

She held onto the fence and looked back one last time as a wave of guilt washed over her. 

was she too harsh? Maybe if she had stabbed his leg, he would have a better chance at survival. But she didn't even remove the hand-crafted knife so he won't lose too much blood.

Reality slapped her back to real life as she heard screeching of cars riding around. She didn't know if she should assume good or bad but decided to just go ahead and run along the darkness and try her best not to be seen.

She soon found out the cars were just normal people driving around to her luck. Yona waited for one last vehicle to drive through before she runs across the street.

When the cars drove past the bush she was using to hide herself, she sprinted across the road and was able to reach the other side without anyone noticing. She, however, did not stop and ran for her life.

About a good 10 minutes worth of running, she found herself in pitch darkness.

She was far from any possible vehicle that could provide light to her and the moon was covered by the tall thick trees that hovered above her, so it wasn't much of a help either.

However, a faint orange light was detected a long way away from her. She decided to follow it. Maybe it will take her to a house.

She was about 10 meters away when she began hearing humans talking and laughing. Almost sounded like a family surrounding a campfire.

When she was just a few steps away from the now bright fire that had a large Bush separating her and the said family, she could even hear kids screaming and running around.

Fyona readied herself to announce her existence to the people, but not before a little girl found her and screamed at the top of her lungs, alerting the whole family.

She was then suddenly surrounded by men with shotguns pointing at her.

she stayed still for a few seconds which felt more like hours before a person spoke. "Oh, it's just a girl." One elder said as that encouraged the rest to move their guns down.

"You're lost? You shouldn't be in the dark at such an hour." One male moved up to fyona, held her hand, and pulled her out from the bushes.

"Do you have a name?" Another guy asked.

"Are you here with your family?" A female asked before yona could answer the two earlier questions.

"Uhh.." Fyona was too overwhelmed up to say a word.

This is her first time in god knows how long since she's seen normal people. She was shaken but filled with joy to finally meet ordinary human beings.

A tear sloped past her eyelids and this prompted the people around to panic a bit as they got the idea that the little girl was probably frightened by their tall scary physics, deep demanding voices, and big guns.
