Fyona could swear the only time she has ever kneeled in front of a person was in front of her dad who she met for the first time in ages.

He left when she was only 5 turning 6. It was very out of the blue and she never knew why as her mother would not bother telling her.

Throughout the years without a father, she survived, yet still did her best to reach out to him and do as little as hear his voice but it would only result in a beating session from her mother who claimed he was nothing but trouble.

She didn't know what happened between her parents but she knew suddenly a switch was turned off between them. A switch that once turned off, could never be put on again.

by the age of 15 all kinds of hope of meeting him was lost. But when her phone one day began ringing and showing an unknown number, the littlest light of hope shone in her. She still doubt on whether should she answer or not but it turned out it was the best decision of her life after she recognized the voice saying hello.

She is quite an emotional being, so it was more than expected to see her break down and fall onto her knees when her father stood on the other side of her bedroom's door after a knock. Her cries did not bother even after she was engulfed into her Father's embrace; It felt so odd yet so familiar. All the emotions she had kept to herself since her father's departure poured out of her as the two beings just sat there in the doorframe comforting each other.

A shaky breath left the individual's lips as she expected the worst consequences to her action. She silently bit her inner lip and waited for the agony coming for her.

"Now, what are we going to do with this silly little kid?" Voiced out a being between a few others with cockiness.

Fyona gripped the pants of her white and blue stripped pajama that she later on realized she was changed into.

She could not believe she was kneeling in front of her father's killers with her head hung low, too scared to face them and just silently begging them to not kill her.

"We should torture her to death."

Fyona's eyes shot open as she raised her head and stared at the one voicing their opinion out with fear evident in her eyes.

"We should burn her." The blond guy said ever so casually with a shrug.

"We can cut her open and take her organs, leave the skin for the dogs to eat."

Fyona felt her stomach turning as anxiety reached the point of making her sweat bullets. She looked down again as she felt out of breath.

Her hands began trembling and it was so obvious, it put a smirk on some of the men surrounding her. They knew they got into her head.

"That's enough. everyone, leave." A soft voice caused the other guys to scoff and leave out the door without another word.

Once the room was emptied and had only one guy in besides fyona, he spoke. "Get up fyona, let's talk."

As hesitant as ever, fyona's eyes searched around the floor in anxiousness as her figure was sat on a dark red sofa, her palms rubbing her the reddened parts of her knees as she awaited something.

"Fyona, please look at me." She hesitated for a second before she rose her head and stared at the person who dismissed the other males and suggested she should sit on the sofa.

She stared at his face, the one were she couldn't tell if he was pissed or just relaxing. he took sips of his tea using both of his hands as if he was some old styled British politician.

"I'm Zhang hao, the one taking care of this whole team. In other words, leader, or boss." He finally spoke after placing the cup down on the table. He crossed his legs and made eye contact with fyona. "I was the one who commanded gyuvin to kill your father."

She heard a silent little crack coming from her heart and ring in her ears. Never did she expect to be reminded of that day so much casualty.

"And I can be the one to command my men to finish you too. I can tell them to kill you in the most brutal way possible." He raised a brow at her face while she just stared back, speechless.

"But I won't. My father taught me to never drag a woman into business she has no control of." A scowl was pulled by the muscles of her face as she listened to his voice echoing in her ears, what is he talking about?

"I am giving you a chance to stay alive and continue on your life, and I would prefer it if you don't try to run away again." Her mouth opened and closed, she wanted to ask the millions of questions she had been collecting since the trip to the forest, but she didn't know how.

"Do you have a question?" He seemed to have caught up to her action.

"Why..." She had to take a breath while facing the other side before facing him again and continuing after finding the courage to, "Why did you kill my dad?" She felt out of breath as the words were barely voiced out. She felt a burning sensation in her throat as her eyes became teary.

"ah, we were going to have this conversation sooner or later, right?" The male got on his feet with a chuckle and began walking around the room.

"Lets keep it short. Your daddy and my daddy practically grew up together. He betrayed my daddy, so I killed him. I killed your daddy." He gave the shortest explanation to his wrong doing with a tiny smile as he leaned on the back of the sofa fyona was sat on and looked down at her.

Fyona's breath only hitched and she couldn't even move a single muscle at the information she got.

She learned a new secret about her father. Maybe an actual reason to why he even left them from the beginning.

And she learned that this guy behind her is a heartless bastard who takes death as nothing and she could die in his hands any second.

'What to do, Fyona? What to do?'

For the sake of the plot, zhanghao is the leader/boss instead of hanbin. <3
