Authors note: Before reading, I would like readers to know that this is satire, a joke, and mostly based off of real events of my friend Candyce(Except the omegaverse part). She gets shipped with this friend of hers called Ethan and I wrote this as a joke and as a gift to her friend, Seoyoon. Enjoy to those who may read it. (I don't expect anyone to read this, but if there is by chance, have fun reading this cringe fanfic)

"You and Ethan would be so cute together," My best friend Seoyoon told me with her eyes sparkling in happiness. The idea of us being together made her happy.

" No, no. He's a great guy, but I would never get with him,"

" I disagree. You're a girl and he's a boy and you two are friends so it all works out,"

"I'm sure he'll get a lovely girl one day, but that girl will never be me. I'm an Alpha girl. I need a sigma male to dominate me. No offence to Ethan, but I can't have a Beta like him,"

" And?" Seoyoon was still pushing the idea. These allegations that me and Ethan together were getting on my nerves! Why Ethan of all people? My head spinning in rage at the idea of me and Ethan together as a couple. My voice started to sound upset and angry.

"Seoyoon, I'm Candyce. The Alpha girl of the school! Ethan is a sad boring Beta. Be realistic." I tried to keep my cool

"Oh, come on. You know it's true. You could be a dominant woman and what's wrong with that'? It's such a cute idea, trust me." I took a deep breath before responding very annoyed

"You're getting on my nerves right now. I do not like Ethan! He's just a friend" I continues to protest

"And Adrien said that Marinette was just a friend" I groaned at her response, pushing her and walking away. It annoyed me so much that people wanted me to get with a Beta male like him. We were only friends and that was going to stay the truth!

I walked into the cafeteria and sat by myself. I was too annoyed to sit down with my friends at the moment. Fuck you, Seoyoon! I don't like Ethan and besides we would never work since he's below me. He's a Beta! I screamed inside my head with all my thoughts raging in me. I leaned my head on the table; The thought of me being with Ethan made me sick. I groaned more and I could feel the stares of people on me. The sight of an Alpha letting her guard down. Disappointing.

I then felt something touch my shoulder. I jumped a little and looked up, nervous of what it was.

"Are you ok, Candyce? Are you feeling sick?" It was Ethan. He was a tall, good looking Beta male with a growing buzz cut and glasses. This was awkward. I blushed in embarrassment of the current thoughts that were going through my head. He can't find out that my friends have been shipping us together! This is so embarrassing!!! I just stared at him, not sure what to say.

"Earth to Candyce!" Ethan shouted trying to get my attention and I finally snapped out of my trance.

"oh... hi, Ethan,"

"Are you ok, Candyce?"

"Oh, yeah. I'm fine,"

"Are you sure? You look a little flushed."

"I-It's just hot today... And I don't have any water,"

"Yeah, it is hot. Want some of my water?"

"Pfft-, must be silly to think that I can't go without water for a little bit. I'm a strong Alpha female, I can handle it" I nervously started laughing. What I just said must've sounded so fake to him. Ethan gave a confused look. Why would I refuse water?

"Are you sure?... Here. Just take the water. You obviously need it," Ethan handed me his water bottle and I blushed even more. This ISN'T helping with Seoyoons idea of us getting together! Ethan, you idiot! But I didn't complain.
