A New Option

I was sitting with my friends on a flight of stairs, looking over at a group of boys. Oliver's group. Oliver was so hot and rich, I wanted to be with him so badly. But every girl wanted to be with him as well, so he must've had an omega girlfriend of some sort. I was to dominate to get with him, But I didn't want a sub. That's why I wanted to be with him. No, I needed to be with him!

"Who are you staring at, huh?" My friend Kairi creeped out, a smirk slowly appearing on her face.

"Oliver-" I murmured, before being interrupted by Seoyoon.

"She's looking the wrong way!" She then proceeded to grab my face and then forced me to look in the other direction. 

"Seoyoon, no one is there- Oh, never mind..." She was making me look at ETHAN! I slapped her away. What was she thinking?

"Don't grab my face like that again," I pouted. The smirk on her face rose up again.

"It's just Ethan. Y'know. The love of your life~" I groaned but didn't say or do anything about it. I only had eyes for Oliver~

"You're never going to give that up, huh?"

"Never" I chuckled a bit at her quick response while rolling my eyes. She may be annoying, but she was my best friend. 

A few seconds later a group of rowdy boys ran up to me and grabbed me, dragging me away.

"Oi! What are you doing. Don't just take me, mate"

"Shut up, you bitch. We're doing you a favour" One of the stupid boys raised his voice.

"Did you just call me a bitch? You'll regret that you ugly mutt." I screamed in protest, until they threw me to the ground and a heard a low sexy voice.

"Now, now. Don't hurt the poor girl."

"Why do you guys think it's ok to mess with me!" I screamed once again, not seeing the boy with the handsome voice.

"My, what a strong woman. Just how I like them." I turn my head up and was met looking right into the eyes of the hot and popular boy. Oliver. I managed to retain my red face from coming out and exploding. I was in shock and instantly calmed down my voice. Wow, he was hot.

"Did you need me for something, Oliver?" I asked, remaining calm and collected, being as good as I could in front of him.

"How would you feel if we got closer?" He offered his hand to help me get up and I accepted it, using his hand as a leverage to stand up. When I stood up I dusted myself and looked back into his golden brown orbs. It felt like I was in heaven being this close to him and actually having a conversation. 

"What do you mean by that? You're not just going to embarrass me or anything, right?" I asked, speculation in my voice and a bit of worry.

"I wouldn't embarrass someone who is as beautiful as you." Oliver took a step closer and tucked a strand of hair behind my ear. His hand was so graceful and I really thought I was hallucinating. Everyone was surrounding us, even my friends were watching and this was indeed embarrassing and I was definitely starting to blush. Not like I could control it at this point. What in the public PDA was this? Before even knowing the guy?

"Candyce..." His voice was soft and gentle, literally like an angel. I was scared about what he going to ask me.

"Will you go out with me? You're the most gorgeous girl in this school and we're made for each other, like 2 puzzle pieces. I wish for you to be my high school sweetheart. Please... Fulfil this dream of mine..." Oliver gently spoke in the most mind melting voice I've ever heard. How could anyone resist those words? I was so starstruck in that moment. So convinced that he wanted me. I stuttered, struggling to come up with a response.

I saw Seoyoon on the other side of the room, her face red in fury! I could tell she wanted to shout out something so we couldn't become the most perfect couple out there.

"She says n-!" She started, before someone quickly covered her mouth and shoved her to the side. That hurt to watch, but at least she wasn't going to interrupt the moment. I look back at Oliver. No way I could resist him.

"I don't know what to say. Yes..." He then proceeded to lift me up and yell out for everyone in the corridor to hear.

"Me and Candyce are officially dating!!!" He didn't have to yell it out... How embarrassing.

"You can put me down now, Oliver." 

"Please, call me handsome, sweetheart." 

"Put me down, handsome!" I laughing a little.

"Fine, princess," Oliver then finally put me down. Everyone clapped and it was the most embarrassed I'd ever felt, but it felt good at the same time. Finally being able to date the boy I've been admiring for months now. The tall hot and handsome alpha all the betas and omegas  wanted to be with. I felt like the luckiest girl alive, I just couldn't believe it.

Suddenly, the bell went. I didn't want to leave my brand new boyfriend, but I guess I had to since it was now time for class.

"Time for class. Bye, handsome~" I left, giving him a wink

"Bye, gorgeous." He answered back

Walking away I felt so giddy inside. I got with the best dominate alpha in the school. It felt like the heavens were blessing me, it felt like a dream. But then I felt my arm get grabbed again, like earlier. I got whooshed into a corner and I was met with... Ethan!

"Ethan? What is it?" I questioned. Stunned that he was the one that grabbed me so forcefully.

"Are you serious, Candyce? What were you thinking?" He snapped.

"What are you talking about?"

"Oliver!" He disrupted. "Are you out of your mind? Do you even know what you're getting yourself into? Because I really think you don't understand." Ethan looked at me, dead serious. He looked sort of intense. He was so calm, but also annoyed. His voice stern and serious, making sure I understood every letter.

"Ethan, what about Oliver? I don't get it,"

"Of course you don't! You're so blind about it. Can't you see? Oliver is just one big snarky jerk. Candyce, you barely know the guy. You're better off without him, someone who isn't a total ass. I don't know what he plans on doing when 'dating' you, but I know that it isn't going to turn out well. He's going to make you heartbroken and turn you into an absolute mess. Turn you into a fool to the public eye and I don't wanna-"

"Stop!" I squealed in his face. "What are you doing, Ethan? Are you trying to ruin this big day for me, because I'm not letting you do that-!" He interrupted me again.

"Listen to me, Candyce! Please. He isn't what you think, he's going to hurt you, and I know that is a fact. I'm warning you. That's what I'm doing," Ethan's eyes went soft, he looked so genuine, but I couldn't believe him.

"You're probably just jealous, aren't you? Like me or something? How pathetic," I could feel the alpha come out of me. "Of course. Everyone likes me, but I'm already taken. Go cry to your mummy about it!" I scoffed and stomped off. Did he really like me? Gross...
