Picture a train, heading full speed along it's railway. Ahead, tied down to the iron, is a pretty girl with black hair down to her waist and far too much gold pierced in her ears. Across from her, on a separate section of track, is everybody she loves. Her mother, her father, her two sisters, her best friend, her teammates.
That same pretty girl is holding onto a lever that can change the course of the train. Time and time again, she will pull the lever and make the train run her over, run her over, run her over rather than hurt the ones she loves.
How is it that, time and time again, Felicity Sharma finds herself tied to the railway tracks? She's the youngest of three girls, her parents miracle baby, a girl who graduated too young and was hurt too soon. Always in somebody else's shadow, and she's happy there.
Picture a train, heading full speed along it's railway. The people Felicity loves are still lying on the tracks, all tied down and screaming and crying for her to save them. On the opposite side, the first boy to break her heart. The locomotive is still stained with her blood. The people she loves will never be replaced, but who else will save the boy who was forsaken long ago.
Picture that train. A hundred people she's never met tied to one side of the track. The first boy she fell in love with on the other, the boy who watched her heart be shattered into a thousand shards and let it blow away in the sands of time.
Would he burn down the world for her a second time? Would she dive down to the depths he's sunken to, remove the anchor he tied around his own neck, drown herself trying?
The train is coming, and it's getting faster by the second.

soooo i said i wasn't writing anymore aftg after flower power and yet here i am. is anybody actually surprised?
if you've read flower power, this story DOES tie in to that, but you really don't have to have read it to read this story. basically, the events of flower power will be briefly mentioned and the main character daisy might pop her head in sometimes, but really bite the hand is it's own entity.
i'm so excited for you all to meet felicity! she's been kicking about in my head for a while and i thought it was time to set her free for you all to enjoy as well <3
