Friday comes around and you and Steve have been training for this day. Bucky and Natasha have gotten very close that could be a problem on the mission.
You have called everyone to the Redroom voice to explain the mission. It's easy but one wrong move could skew everything up.
"Okay I'll explain the plan for tonight, I've been up for the past two days planning every step. So don't fuck it up" you say
"Isn't she a bundle of joy" Bucky says
"She gets like that sometimes" Natasha whispers to him
Hi clear your throat "and I'm trying to be a party pooper but I need you two to keep your hands off of each other, just for tonight" you say
"You too Steve I don't need any distractions. This mission means a lot to me" you say. You have been trying to figure this out for years.
"Don't worry it means a lot to Steve as well" Bucky says as Steve steps on his foot to make him shut up
"Why?" You ask
"It's not that important" Steve says
"Actually I'm a bit curious" yous say "something we should know before I continue?" You ask
Steve sighs "Pedro took my ex girlfriend. She went on a mission few years ago and a never came back" Steve explains "Pedro was supposed to be my kill, but someone else got to him before I could" he says
"Oh Steve I'm so sorry I didn't-" you say
"It's okay. So I guess this mission is very important to all of us. So like Y/n said let's try not to fuck it up" Steve says as you all agree
"So tell us how this goes" Bucky says
You smile "okay. So Natasha and I will go to the east mountain river waiting there in the forest for the truck. That's are way in. The only problem is the truck never stop so we won't get a chance to jump in. So few miles back I will put this fake deer on the road" you show them the bloody fake deer
"Aw he's kind of cute" Natasha says
"No. No getting attached to the fake deer" you say
"To late" Bucky says
"No that a look at it reminds me of you" Steve says tilting his head
"Guys! Focus. Once the truck stops me and Natasha will have enough time to jump in. We have to make sure not to have any weapons on us because the truck goes through a scanning machine" you explain "Steve and Bucky I need you two to fly there and wait for the truck get to the bridge. Me and Natasha will release a sleeping gas that will make the drives sleep. You two take there place. You have to put on this when driving the car" you hand them there costumes "again no weapons that are made of metal" you say "the detector will notice if there is any extra metal on the car" you explain
Only way we can get our weapons is by taking them from the guards" you tell them "I'm I clear so far?" You ask as the three of them nod "once we are finally in the easy part is over" you tell them
"Oh god" Bucky says "what's the hard part?" He asks
"Finding all the girls" you say "I've already talked to Nick Fury and he will be waiting outside with a plane. That's how we will get home" you say as you stand there with your arms crossed "any questions?" You ask as they all stay quiet
Natasha raises her hand like you guys are in elementary school "can we name the deer Bambi?" She asks
You sigh "no. Any questions related to the mission?" You ask and no one answers "great" you say.
Your proud of yourself for planning this mission. It is perfect, you will finally get to finish the mission you had started a few years back. Nothing can go wrong.
After the meeting you are packing up all the stuff you need for the mission. Steve walks from behind you wrapping his warms around your waist.
"Hey" he says
"I'm almost done packing" you say "should I pack an extra bag just in cas-" Steve cuts you off
"Just relax. Do you get like this for all your mission?" He asks
"No just the once that are important to me. I'm surprised you are this clam" you say
"I've done this a million times" Steve says
"Still this might be harder for you then you think. Seeing all those girls and- well you know" you say
"Don't worry I'm good" he says "so there are these bedrooms in the third floor, we usually stay there before our missions. We should head there and try getting as much sleep as we can before the mission to night" Steve says
"Sound good" you say as the two of you head there
"Y/n tell me. When we met in Italy at the bar were you also on a mission?" He asks
"Yeah I was there to get more info on Pedro" you say "I can't believe it you were there as well"
"Yeah funny how this work. I was so close to killing him. Someone else took my shoot" steve says
"Yeah I was also very close to getting the information I needed. Shame someone shot him. Did you ever know who it was?" You ask
"No I've never thought about it" Steve says "but we won't find anything this was over two years ago" he explains "what ever evidence there was is gone by now"
"It's a shame" you say as then head to take a shower.
