Loki fluttered his eyes and slightly groaned when he felt a bright white light hitting his eyes. He tried to bring both of his hands to his face to rub his eyes but couldn't when he felt his one hand having a needle stick in his veins with a upper bandage while his other hand being tightly held by something or someone else's hand. He turned his head towards that hand and saw a girl layed down on the bed next to him. Her clothing being similar to his and her unconscious self not letting go of his hand with hers.

Loki sat up on his bed, taking the pillow as a support as he took a glance at the surrounding. It was a hospital, that he could confirm with a glance. He looked at the nurses handling patients and the some Doctors speaking to awake patients about their condition. Another Doctor walked towards him and the girl, standing between the two beds with her writing board and pen in hand. She fixed her glasses and turned towards Loki who was finally awake. He groaned and looked at the Doctor. "Why am I here?" He asked her.

"You were found unconscious, severely cuts and bleeding with serious injuries in outskirts of Norway. Some people found you and brought you here for emergency treatment." She replied and held his chin and looked through his bandages and stitches. "All good, will heal in a few weeks." She mumbled and wrote it on the paper. She turned towards the girl and so did Loki. "Who is she?" Loki asked the Doctor curiously. The doctor gave a glance to Loki and the girl. "We don't know yet, she was found somewhere in Norway like you but her identity is still unknown."

"And so is yours." She told him before he asked her. "Doctor... I don't recall anything. My identity or anything of that matter. Why?" He asked her with a surprised expression. "I'm sorry to say this but I think you've lost your memories." Loki's eyes widened with shock. "What...but how?" He asked her, sudden realisation hitting him as he realised that he doesn't even remember his own name. "Your medical reports don't hold any medical harm of brain so maybe it's psychological?" She said, doubting her own reply. "We don't know for sure but we'll search about it and let you know, sir." She replied.

"Doctor one more question" he called the doctor before she turned to left. "Why is this girl holding my hand?" He asked her, wondering on wheather the girl next to him maybe related to him or maybe know each other. "I have no idea." She said honestly and a small smile crept on a side of her lip as she spoke further. "But the nurses told me that this girl here has been holding your hand ever since she was brought here, she didn't let go even when you were being treated. Maybe she knows you?" With that she took her leave, leaving Loki behind to connect the dots that were too difficult to do for him with loss of memories of his entire life.

He simply decided to turn around and lean against his pillow as he stared at the girl. She was either asleep or unconscious, by just looking he could say that she wasn't tall but seemed adorable by the way she cleaned her free hand over the pillow.  He kept watching her till she eventually woke up after an hour, fluttering her eyes and trying to pull her hand that was tied with Loki's. Loki got a mischievous idea when he pretended to fall asleep and you looked at him as you turned towards him, trying your best to pull your hand away from his but Loki wasn't letting you. 'Giving you a taste of your own medicine.' he thought to himself as he heard you struggle to get your hand out of his grasp. The next thing Loki did was something he did before thinking, he pulled his hand and the girl was pulled over to him, her free hand laying on his chest and her face flushed and frustrated as she couldn't get out of his grip.

Loki opened his eyes and her eyes met his. He paused for a second, admiring the colour of her eyes before giving a small laugh when he saw a blushing mess watching him. "Do I know you?" They both asked each other at the same time and looked at each other in shock.

"Why are you holding my hand?" She asked him. He frowned and tilted his head. "You were the one that was holding this hand of mine and not letting me go since you arrived to the Hospital and you're asking me the question when I should?" He asked her. "I don't know you!" She cried and pulled her hand which Loki didn't let go of. "And I don't know you either, dear." he replied and they shared an eye contact again. "But perhaps do you recall me anyhow?" He asked her. She joined her eyebrows and went aback, sitting on the edge of the bed as she thought and thought for a few minutes...before she gasped and whispered: I don't remember anything!" She cried and Loki raised his eyebrows with surprise.
