"She should be fine. Just needs some rest." Doctor Grisha informed your parents as he exited your room."What could've caused her to collapse all of a sudden?" Your mother asked.
"It could've been stress related or her nerves got the better of her. She isn't willing to talk about it so I would advice to let her be for now."
Doctor Grisha excused himself and your parents guided him back to the party. Even with your little scene they didn't end the party right then and there. They wanted everyone to know that everything was fine and hoped no rumors were to spread.
You glanced up at the ceiling almost motionless. Marriage to Sukuna was out of the question. There was no way you would allow it to happen.
Slowly your door open, Shoko, Satoru, Suguru and Nanami peaked their heads in. Once they saw that you were awake, they allowed themselves in. You were happy to see them. Truly you were. You didn't want to deal with your parents.
"How are you?" Shoko took your hand in hers. Her concern was evident.
"I'm fine. I'm not really sure what happened." You intertwined your fingers with her and smile softly.
"Doctor Grisha says that you might've collapsed from the stress or your nerves."
"Sounds about right." You carefully picked yourself up from the bed and tried to get up. You let a bit light head but you could manage.
"C'mon. We should all head back to the party." You insisted. Despite them urging you to rest, you weren't listening. You knew you would receive an earful from your parents later.
You rather show everyone that you're fine and that you were sorry for the inconvenience.
The clicking of your heels caught everyone's attention. They watched as you headed back downstairs good as new and with a smile on your face.
"Y/n! You're okay!" Yuji rushed over checking for any signs that you weren't a hundred percent okay. He was really worried for you when you collapsed, Sukuna didn't let anyone near you when you did. He had quickly scooped you up and rushed you over towards your room.
Of course he made everyone swear not to tell you about it. Yuji wasn't sure why. Maybe because it was out of character for his brother and he didn't want to reminder. He wasn't sure.
"Never been better!" You chuckled as you soon found yourself surrounded by guests who wanted to know how you were and to congratulate you on your engagement. You assured them that it was just a dizzy spell and nothing more. No reason behind it other than your negligence of your health.
"Oh dear! How are you?" Kaori rushed over placing her hand over your cheek as she checked you over like a mother who just watched her child trip on air.
"I'm fine, Itadori-san." You assured her, cupping your hand over hers.
"Oh please! Call me mom! You're part of the family now!" She insisted, a glimmer of joy sparkled in her eyes awaiting for you to call her mom.
