3 Years later...

Your relationship with Rintarou took off rather quickly. A few months after meeting he popped the question and you didn't hesitate to say yes. There was a slight problem though.

"How are things going with my big brother?" Akito smiled, pressing her lips against the cup of coffee in her hands.

He was Akito's older half-brother. He was the product of their father's first marriage but that didn't bother them. They were attached to the hip and Rintarou cared deeply for his sister.

You placed your text book down and shrugged. "It's going great."

Akito's steel grey eyes watched you intensely, almost as she was trying to decipher what you were really thinking. Ever since the whole situation with Ryomen Sukuna, your relationship with Akito had been strained. You still held a bit of resentment for everything that happened.

"I see. I'm glad." She finally nodded and turned her attention back to her own books. You tapped your foot lightly against the tile floor as you looked around. You were waiting for Nami and Shoko to finally get out of class.

"Ugh my brain hurts!" Satoru slammed his head onto the table while Suguru sighed softly pushing the white haired male away.

Surprise surprise. Your favorite people decided to surprise you freshmen year by not telling you that they had applied to NWU and got accepted. It came to you as quite a shock and you cried a little knowing that they cared about you. Enough to ditch Jujutsu University, the top school for sorcerers for you.

"Get up, you idiot. We need to finish this report." Suguru pulled Satoru back up by his collar, practically chocking the male.

"If you want a kiss just say that." Satoru teased, flashing a sly smile.

"Like hell!" Suguru let go of him, the white haired male's face slammed back down on the table with a loud thud. Everyone in the cafe turned to look at what was going on.

Akito blinked owlishly before letting out a small scoff. "I'll see you later, Y/n." She stood up as she gathered her stuff and marched off.

"What's up her ass today?" Satoru scoffed, adjusting his sunglasses as he sat up straight.

"A giant pole." Suguru scoffed.

Ever since they met Akito, she had been rather rude and abrasive with them. Of course they didn't care and returned the same energy.

"She's probably bitter over her break up with Ichiji." Satoru snickered before he and Suguru went on a laughing spree. Both of them hunched forward and arched back as they laughed their asses off, comical tears brimming their eyes. Was it really that funny?

Your eyes narrowed, growing cautious of everyone's watchful eyes.

"What are you all looking at? Mind your fucking business!" A voice snapped and you jumped slightly at the sound of heavy books being dropped on the table. Immediately everyone in the cafe turned away and continued their conversations.
