Chapter 6

"LEAVE HER ALONE!" One of the guys looked at Y/n as they dropped Nancy on the floor. Y/n ran towards her "Are you okay? Are you hurt?" Nancy shook her head as Y/n sighed of relief then she glared at the three guys, who were hurting Nancy "Why were you hurting her?!" She shouted at them as one of them grabbed her by her shirt then a few chairs shuffled when the guy did that. It was the North Star Boys standing up, but the ones who looked pissed off were Oliver, Justin, Darren, and Reggie. "What are you going to do about it girlie?" They taunted Y/n as she smirked while grabbing nearby water and pouring it at them "You should know who you mess with, yknow?" Y/n taunted back

"You shouldn't mess an elderly person like that, because people like you don't have any balls to pick someone of your own size" Y/n glared at them. They snarled as they heard what Y/n said "Like someone like you" Y/n thought 'Crap'

Time Skip

Y/n was at the NSB's household with her head down as Darren cleaned the cut that was on her eyebrow. "You know that's reckless of you to do, right?" She winced while Darren cleaned the cut "I know Dar-dar but I couldn't let them bully my manager like that" She said upset "Anyways.. how's Regie?" Y/n spoke with worry as Darren sighed "He's fine.. he, Oliver, and Justin were pissed when those guys started messing with you" Y/n looked away "Sorry..."

"You had me worried N/n" Darren said as he threw the used tissues into the trash then he walked close to her and hugged her. "Don't ever do that ever again.." Y/n slightly smiled "Can't make any promises.." She chuckled quietly "This reminds me of the first day I met you Dar-dar" Darren rolled his eyes "Yeah, it's embarrassing to remember" Y/n laughed as she hugged Darren "That's how we became friends.. for defending you to a bunch of guys and you-" Darren stopped her before she continued "Okay, that's enough" Y/n chuckled. "By the way.. where's Regie's room? I want to apologize for what happened tonight"

"Two doors down to the left" She nodded and thanked him as she started making her way towards Regie's room. Y/n knocked on the door and heard a quiet 'come in' She opened the door and smiled "Sorry for intruding" Regie shook his head "Don't worry. What can I help you?" Regie looked at her with a warm glaze "Um I wanted to apologize...for tonight" He chuckled as he stood up from his gaming chair "That was reckless of you to do.. sometimes you have to remember that you're a girl" Y/n looked down as she stroked her own bandaged knuckles "Yeah.. but I couldn't let them do that-"

"Those guys were twice as big as you.. I'll admit.. you have some balls" She chuckled as she placed a strand of her hair behind her ear. Y/n noticed dried blood on his jaw and bottom lip "Let me clean that" Y/n said as she grabbed a few tissues and put some rubbing alcohol on it. "This might sting a bit" Regie nodded as she started cleaning the dried blood off his jaw "Might as well tell me about yourself" Regie spoke out of nowhere "So.. what do you want know?" He thought about it for a few seconds "Single or taken?" Y/n raised an eyebrow "Out of anything in the world, you decided to ask me that" He shrugged "I'm curious"

"Did you know that curiosity killed the cat?" Y/n smirked as she sighed "I'm single" Regie raised his eyebrow "For real? Why is that?" She shrugged "I'd rather not talk about it" She said as she wiped off the dried blood from his jaw "Was it painful?" Y/n raised her eyebrow "Yes, it was. I was with him for six months but then I noticed weird things about him" She uttered, "Like what?"

"To put it simply, he cheated on me with another girl.. he admitted that he was going out with this girl for like a week before my college graduation" Y/n looked down as she grabbed another wipe with rubbing alcohol on it. "He's a dumbass for doing that to you, love" She looked at Regie as she cleaned his bottom lip. Y/n slowly realized that she was staring at his plump lips and blushed red like a tomato. "S-sorry.."Regie smirked as he gently grabbed her wrist and pulled her closer to him while holding onto her waist. Y/n kept avoiding his gaze "Y/n, look at me... I want to see your E/c eyes" He gently lifted her chin, making her look at him.

"Regie... I-" He cupped her cheek "Don't say anything" He pulled her close until the point that their lips almost touched. Suddenly, Regie closed the gap and kissed her lips softly as Y/n closed her eyes and slightly kissed him back while she wrapped her arms around his neck. Then he pulled away with a smile "Wanna stay for the night?" Y/n nodded as she removed her shoes and made herself comfortable in the chair. "What the hell are you doing?" Regie asked her as Y/n shrugged "I thought-"

"Hell no, you're sleeping with me, Jagiya"

Y/n was back in her apartment as she sighed while making her coffee for the day. "UGHHHH, WHY CAN'T I STOP THINKING ABOUT THAT KISS!" Y/n said out loud while crashing to her couch as her face turned red like a tomato. She got up and went back to the kitchen then her phone rang as she got a text message from Regie.
