Notes: Apologies for not providing an update yesterday as I had a considerable amount of office work to complete. I hope you are enjoying the story this far. I have made some modifications to all chapters; feel free to reread if you wish.

I woke up to a peaceful sight with Jimin sleeping next to me. It's always surprising how young he looks despite being 30 years old. Stretching my arms, I checked my phone to find out it was 7 am. Since it was the weekend, there was no office work, just managing the ranch by calling my workers.
A call from Sydney interrupted my morning. After explaining the events from last night, we quickly caught up. Sydney had plans with friends, so we agreed to meet at the cafe the next day.
As Jimin started to stir, I decided to head back to my house. After trying to wake him up with a gentle shake, he grumbled and turned the other way, making me chuckle. I got ready to change when Jimin suddenly called out to me. The day was off to an interesting start, but that's what happens in the life of a ranch owner. J: Hey, where do you think you're heading off to? He yawned out, looking half-asleep.
M: I was just going back home... I replied, slipping on my coat.
J: Ah, come on, stick around for a bit longer. He mumbled, still rubbing the sleep from his eyes.
M: What do you have in mind for us to do here? I asked, curious about his plans.
J: Let's just hang out here, keep it chill. He suggested it casually.
M: Alright, let me give Rachel a call then. I said, reaching for my phone.
J: Sure, go ahead. He nodded, settling back in his bed.
So, I rang up Rachel and filled her in on the situation, promising to swing by in a few hours. Jimin had woken up by then and handed me a fresh set of clothes.
Me: Do you have a gazillion outfit options or what? I teased, eyeing the neatly folded clothes he handed me.
J: Nah, just ordered them in bulk. Ended up with the wrong sizes. Now, go freshen up. I'll whip up some breakfast. He waved me off, heading downstairs with his own change of clothes.
I headed for his bathroom, shedding my old clothes for a hot shower. Refreshed and dressed in the new clothes Jimin gave me, I made my way downstairs to find him already in his fresh outfit, busy at work in the kitchen.
Settling down at the kitchen island, I glanced at my phone, catching up on messages. After a while, Jimin appeared with a grand tray of breakfast dishes, setting up the table for us to dig in.
