So you'll do anything Carter Cheval will you?"

Carter looked at Teacher and smiled, "Thank you, that was awesome! I think I'm ready to learn now."

"So you are Carter Cheval, so you are. Now I must take you to the movies."

"You have movie theatres?"

"Only the one, but many, many movies," Teacher explained. "We are going to the Joie de Vie! Come."

Suddenly Carter found himself in the most magnificent theatre he'd seen . . . ever. It was bigger and better than any IMax he'd heard of . . .

And there, seated beside him was Teacher. The theatre was crowded.

"Who are all these people?" Carter asked.

"Some you know and some you don't," Teacher said. "You have many questions, Carter Cheval, pay attention to the movie and some questions may be answered."

"I don't recognise anyone here."

"You will, in time," he smiled. "They have one of their other faces on so as not to hurt or embarrass you." The movie started. "Pay close attention Carter Cheval."

It was a huge screen. Carter was shocked. He lent over to Teacher and grinned. "I didn't think you'd have porn here in heaven!" Teacher smiled and nodded. The boy was humping the girl madly on the sofa. She let out a scream. He moaned and jerked and was still. She pushed him off. Carter's light was pulsing. He could sense all the emotions of the two lovers. It was a totally new movie experience for him. He looked around and saw that everyone in the theatre had extended their light. They all had various colours, from dark shades of brown almost black through hazel and yellows to greens and blues. They were all pulsing even Teacher's was pulsing. Teacher explained, "It's called emoting. Emitting and Admitting emotional energy. It will all become clear to you, for now, enjoy the movie."

Carter concentrated his attention on the screen. The boy was panicking. The girl was bleeding, scared, disappointed, tired. She was a virgin! She was sick. She was crying. There was too much blood. She pushed him off. He felt rejected. His heart was breaking. She told him to leave. He felt lost. She yelled. He left. He went next door to cry.

Carter turned to Teacher and said, "It's a very sad movie. What's it called?"

The person in the seat on the other side of Teacher replied, "Your Beginning - Your End." With that his face began to change. It shifted from a young man in his twenties to a much older man with a shock of greying hair. . . the old man smiled . . . he knew that smile . . . it was etched in his memory.

"Hello Carter," Ken gushed.
