Next day morning 🌄
Pri was sleeping soundly but her sleep got disturbed when she felt someone poking her cheeks. She frowned and opened her eyes to see her niece Nidhi giggling while poking her cheeks with her little fingers. A smile formed on Pri's lips.
"Haww, you little girl! You woke up the tickle monster. Now it's gonna tickle you," Pri said, moving her fingers playfully. Nidhi gasped and tried to escape from the bed, but Pri quickly pulled her back towards her and started tickling, making Nidhi laugh out loud.
"Hahaha! Stop, buii! Haha, stop!" she managed to say between laughs. Pri smirked and stopped tickling, seeing Nidhi's eyes glossy from laughter.
Nidhi quickly got down and ran away, shouting, "Mumma, Papa, save me from the tickle monster!" She dashed to her dad and clung to him like a koala. Pri chased after her, but Nidhi looked at Pri and stuck out her tongue, indicating her dad was her protector.
Pri narrowed her eyes, but then a mischievous idea crossed her mind. "Oh no, I've brought lots of gifts for my Nidhi, but she's running away from me. What should I do with them now?" Pri pouted. Hearing this, Nidhi's eyes lit up. She immediately let go of her father and stood in front of Pri.
"Look, I'm here! My gifts, buii, please," Nidhi asked hugging Pri and giving her puppy eyes. Pri looked at her dramatic niece in awe.
"You want them?" Pri asked, and Nidhi vigorously nodded her head. Everyone chuckled at her cuteness.
"Okay, let's go," Pri said, lifting Nidhi into her arms.

During breakfast, Pri's mom announced, "Okay, listen everyone, today we're all going to visit the temple together."
"Okay mom, but why suddenly? You should have told me earlier; I would've cleared my schedule," Arjun replied between bites.
"I had thought of visiting once Pri came back, and we're going in the evening, so you have plenty of time to finish your so-called busy work," Pri's mom retorted, giving Arjun a pointed look. He gulped nervously, eliciting snickers from everyone at seeing the CEO of the top company getting scolded like a kid by his mother.
"Mom, I'm meeting my friends in the afternoon and will come directly to the temple," Pri interjected, giving her mom innocent puppy eyes. Her mom initially narrowed her eyes at Pri but melted at her daughter's puppy eyes and nodded in acquiescence. Pri winked at her brother with a smrik, who fake glared at her.
In the afternoon, Pri got ready in jeans paired up with a tee and jacket. Wearing sneakers, she grabbed her bag and headed downstairs, only to find a cute little guard blocking her way. Placing her hands on her hips and trying to look intimidating, Pri raised an eyebrow.
"What is my little devil doing?" Pri asked teasingly.
"I want to go with my Pari bui," Nidhi declared, folding her arms across her chest and pouting.
Pri chuckled and asked, "What will I get if I take you with me, hmm?"
Nidhi thought for a moment, then motioned for Pri to bend down. Pri complied, and Nidhi pecked her on the cheek, giving her a sweet smile.
"Aww, now how can I say no to my little angel? Let's go," Pri said, kissing Nidhi's cheek.
"Yay!" Nidhi jumped up and down happily.
