The group went still at the sound of your commanding tone, every head turning in your direction as you called out to them. Keegan’s gaze flickered over to you, his eyes meeting yours for a brief moment before he looked away again, his expression still unreadable.

"i won't be a part of this bc i fell down and injured my leg...i might also go back to the city after this"...she said loud enough for everyone to hear

Keegan’s heart dropped at the sound of your words, his chest tightening with a mixture of worry and guilt. He opened his mouth, a thousand excuses bubbling on the tip of his tongue as he desperately wanted to argue against your decision. But he forced them back, his gaze focused on the ground as he held his tongue, his jaw clenching tightly as he struggled to hold back any kind of reaction.

"i wish you all good luck"...she said

Keegan took a deep breath in an effort to steady himself, finally he spoke, his voice strained as he fought back the lump forming in his throat, his tone tight and strained as he replied.

“…thank you ma’am…”

she looked at him and nooded her head

As Keegan lifted his eyes to meet yours, his expression was filled with a mix of emotions; worry, guilt, remorse, regret, and above all, shame. The look in his eyes was full of longing, regret, and a silent plea for forgiveness, his brow furrowing as he struggled to find the right words to say.

"no time for playing around...you know about the alive targets"...she said

Keegan forced himself to look away from you, steeling himself and forcing his mind back towards the task at hand. His expression hardened as he spoke, voice sharp and commanding.

“Right. Let’s get to it. We won’t learn anything by just standing here.”

The Soldiers around you nodded and murmured their agreement, their expressions shifting to ones of determination as they prepared to put themselves through more rigorous drills.

"good luck guys...be careful"...she said looking at all of them

Keegan’s eyes flickered back to you as you spoke to the Soldiers, a flicker of worry crossing his face. However, he managed to hide it well, forcing his expression to remain neutral and unemotional.

The Soldiers all murmured their thanks and gave a few “yes ma’am”’s as they headed to their positions to begin the drill.

Keegan immediately shouted an order, and the Soldiers burst into action, quickly breaking off into their assigned positions as training began, their movements sharp and precise as they performed their drills and practiced their skills.

after two hours ..."DONE"...she shouted calling them back

Keegan’s expression was a mixture of exhaustion and elation as he watched the Soldiers finish their drills. They had done well, their movements smooth and precise as they executed each exercise.

“Good job, everyone. Keep up the good work.” *Keegan said, a proud smile on his face as he watched them. The Soldiers all nodded, their expressions mirroring Keegan’s as they caught their breaths and waited for further instructions.

"you did good job guys,im proud, today was tiring right...go eat, drink water or go to your tents"...she said looking at all of them again

Keegan nodded, giving the Soldiers another proud smile as he dismissed them, watching as they shuffled out of the training field, a look of exhaustion on their faces as they headed back to their own tents.

she was still sitting there reading a list of doings for last four days

Keegan watched with a mixture of amusement and affection as you sat there, studying a list of things that needed to be done. He knew how efficient and organized you were, and he admired your dedication to the job. He decided to approach you then, curious to see what was on the list.
