The new arrivals remained frozen in shock, not one person being able to move.
Sure they've all seen Ace alive, but that didn't prepare them to see their dead loved ones like this.
The current residents seeing the conflict the new arrivals were going through decided to initiate their reunion. Each one walking towards their specific loved one.

Ex-Roger pirates.
The infamous Pirate King, the man who conquered the toughest sea in the world; the Grandline. The man who found the legendary treasure; One Piece. The man who started the great pirate era.
Gol D. Roger or more famously known as Gold Roger—was known by many titles, many name. But before all of that, he was a captain. A great man who lead an even more great crew towards the end of the horizons.
Said man was proudly walked over to his Ex-crew members with a wide smile that was bright enough to rival Luffys.
His first target for affection? Ofcourse it was his beloved firstmate. The man who had accompanied his crazed captain through thick and thin. In sickness and health. From the very beginning, all the way until his captains untimely death. One could say he was more married to Roger than his own wife; Rouge was.
Slinging his arm around his first mate, Roger couldn't help the hearty laugh that escaped his lips.
Full of joy, love, and longing. He's missed his dear friend—who was more like a brother to him at this point.
"RAYLEIGH!" He boomed happily in greeting to his first mate whom he's longed to reunite with.
Rayleigh didn't really know what to make of this situation. I mean he suspected it. He's not stupid. He may be an old man now, but he was still a renowned pirate.
But standing here, feeling the familiar presence of his long deceased captain—his best friend—standing here, breathing, and very much alive.
You can't blame a man for feeling overwhelmed.
Roger hadn't changed at all in appearance. He wasn't as young as Rayleigh remembered him to be—maybe a year or two older—but in overall still looked pretty young.
Unlike Rayleigh who had aged over the decades. His used to be blond hair had grown silver as the years passed by. His once smooth skin was now full of wrinkles that marked his history onto his skin.
Oh how time had changed for the both of them.
And yet to the Captain and firstmate, it was as if no time had passed at all. As if they were back on their beautiful Oro Jackson, sailing the Grand Line as notorious pirates.
Seeing each other was truly refreshing.
"ROGER!" Rayleigh greeted back. It didn't matter to him how young his captain looked. This was still the silly goofy troublemaker he's come to call Captain.
Both men had a moment of reminiscing in each other's presence. No words were exchanged, just smiles and hugs. No words were needed, for they both knew each other like the back of their hands.
