It took more than a day to reach the island but once they did, they saw that the battle was just starting, and Galen and his group had yet to go onto the shore. Joey parked their battleship aways back from battle and jumped onto one of the boats and met up with Galen. Well Joey never thought Galen would be so mad that they stopped their mission to help them, but he was. Once they got squared away though they got onto a boat that was heading towards the island with Galen's group. What Joey saw before they launched now that he had time to relax a little was quite a sight. Ships were being blowen up, jets were being blown out of the sky, the waves were pounding on all the ships and the shoreline, bodies were everywhere in the water and at the shoreline, and a machine gun was hammering away at them and making swish cheese out the soldiers trying to get onto the beach.

There was a giant mountain on the island, but he did not know what was waiting for them once they reached that point if they could. He quickly was brought back to reality when they were near the beach. He saw tanks trying to help but was not able to do much when they could not see the enemies. Just then unexpectedly an exploding mortar hit right next to the ship flipping it up and, on its side, where gravity took it and flipped it upside down and they landed in the freezing water. Joey and the rest of his team were able to swim towards the shore as bullets rained down into the water but were not able to do much. The reason because the bullets bounced in the water. A hand came into the water and Joey grabbed it and a man then shoved him onto the ground right as bullets began to rain again.

He told him to stay down and mostly everyone who was in the vehicle with Joey made it his team made it but one guy who was a little late to get down was shot multiple times and laid dead behind Joey. Joey and the rest then got up as the bullets stopped for a minute, ran towards a ditch, and jumped in with the rest of the people who made from the shore to the ditch. The ditched allowed them to have cover and not get shot down but people were still getting killed by standing up too long. One man said who Joey did not know at all yelled out "We are pinned down here! We cannot get close to them without being shot! What are we supposed to do?" Just then Joey saw movement out of the corner of his left eye and turned to see Ghost pulling out his pistol and a couple of grenades.

Joey looked at him and said, "What hell are you going to do with those?" Ghost just looked at him and even though Joey could not see his face underneath the mask he swore that it was smug for some reason. He then aimed his pistol at where the machine gun fire was coming from and then Ghost fired twice, and the machine gun fire went silent and then he threw one grenade straight and Joey then saw the look he was giving and understood what he had wanted to do. When the bomb went off both Joey and Ghost booked it towards one of the machine gun mounds and went on the blind spots as it was trying to shoot them. Joey saw that there were two people inside and Joey took one out while Ghost took, the other one out and then they bother jumped into the hole as gun fire rained down on them. Joey then was able to take a short break and remember on the way to the beach what he saw clearly.

Starting from the ocean it led to a white sandy beach and a little way away was a trench that the machine gun fire was not able to hit because it was the same height as the mounds that the machine gun was laid on. Then farther up were the machine guns which were covered in the tree lines that started after a little way from the beach. The forest continued all the way up the mountain. There was a trail that led through the forest. The brown-muddy, sloshy trail that cut through the thick, dark green, shadowy moisturized forest that led up towards the forest was both spooky with the hint of whiff of danger, but it also spoke of the path that may lead towards victory.

Above the forest was smoke that billowed out from the treetops from the jet's that either crashed into the forest from being shot down or firing onto the forest. The mountain was completely green, but Joey knew that the enemies had a base on top of the mountain. Joey then was snapped out of his observing when Ghost started to fire back after the bullets stopped firing. It did not take to long for the enemy to fire back, but they were having a problem with trying to hit them because they were in the bunker like structure. Then an explosion happened right where the enemies were firing, and it was a tank that got onto shore and killed them.
