TW : mentions of suicide!

The famous murder house. That's where i died out of pure stupidity. Why i ever thought going into that house was a good idea i'll never know. That was until today. When a new family came unknowingly the true torture they were walking into. Every. Single. Family. Ends the same way. No different. They get the house for a cheap price, that's great, then they move in and everything seems normal until strange unexplainable things happen, they get driven mad and eventually die like the rest of us. It's like a never ending cycle. Literally.

There is one human being who never leaves this house. Constance Langdon, Tate's mother. She used to live here but everyone in her family died here so i guess she felt a sudden attachment to the house.

Tate recommended that i go to see Dr. Harmon, the new house owner who is a psychiatrist, for my constant 'vulnerable state'. Tate is only trying to look out for me and my past but i don't need to see this doctor of his. It's not like i can go to the nearest bridge and end my misery anyways.

However, he practically dragged me to this man.

"You're Tate's friend, right?" He asks writing something critical on his papers.

"Yes."

"Right, well Y/N, he's told me about these thoughts you've been having for a while, care to express why you feel like this?" Dr Harmon looks up from the pieces of paper he was previously writing on.

"It's the same you've heard millions of times," I shrug, "Bad home life."

He nods, taking notes. I look behind to see a girl, around my age, standing behind a door peaking in. She was beautiful. Tate mentioned how the new Harmon family had a teenage daughter. Now i have a face to the name, Violet.

Later, i was back upstairs, observing what the Harmons have done the place. It look much nicer that what other house owners have done, i've got to give them that. As i was walking down the hallway i stopped at one of the bedrooms, Tates old bedroom, however, now it's Violet's room. Her door was opened slightly and i saw her and Tate listening to music and talking. I was about to walk away when i heard Tate call my name.

"Y/N! Come in, i want to introduce you to my friend."

I slowly turn back around and walk into the bedroom. I see Tate pat a spot on the floor for me to sit.

"Y/N, this is Violet, Violet, this is Y/N," Tate says with a smile.

"Hi."

"Hi!" Violet says

Suddenly, we hear the front door to the house open and we heard a distant voice of Constance Langdon. Tate quickly got up and went to hide from his mother.

So now it was just me and Violet.

"So what music do you listen too?" I ask awkwardly.

"Just a variation of music.."

I nod.

"What about you?"

"I like to listen to Stevie Nicks," I look at the door to see if Tate is back but no.

After a while, me and Violet eventually managed to open up to each other and get to know one another more deeper. Turns out me and her are actually quite similar. I grew i strong connection between me and her and i really hope she feels the same.

Tate eventually showed his face again and Violet asked, "Where did you go?"

"None of your business," he coldly replied.

That was shocking. His mother must of gave him a hard time, no shock in that.

"Tate?"

"Yeah?"

I give a soft comforting smile towards him and say, "Do you want to go and talk about it to me?"

He nods, i say goodbye to Violet. I wish i got a chance to say how i felt about her but maybe that would be too much since we only just met. Maybe another day, hopefully!
