What they've learned is that Amir is hard of hearing in his animal form and deaf in hybrid form. Leigh-Anne found a specialist who would operate on her son after being considered eligible for a cochlear implant. Only it was in another country on another continent, so that meant quality family time on the Jet. So twelve plus hours with the littles, it was also their first time on any mode of transportation. So Leigh-Anne was interested to see how this would go.
"Aaliyah"
"Yes mama"
"It's time to sit down now please." The hybrid picked her little brother up carrying him to the seats. She buckled him in before doing the same to himself. She wasn't told to do so. It came naturally to her.
"Thank you princess" she smiled shyly when Leigh-Anne thanked her and kissed her cheek. Amir tapped his cheek wanting a kiss too, Leigh-Anne didn't see him.
"Mmmama"
"I'm sorry pooba" Leigh-Anne kissed his cheek before going to check on Jade and Perrie.
Because Amir was only hard of hearing when in his animal form he heard his mother's and sister speaking. So when he shifted he remembered what words sound like just not to the t.
Aaliyah was about four years old in hybrid form, Amir was two and a few months old. They asked Jade and Perrie why he was younger if they were born an hour apart. They didn't know.
Her girlfriends were laying on the bed with Ashton between them. Both with their eyes closed. Leigh-Anne reached to pick her daughter up and Perrie put her hand on hers.
"I'm up" She stayed up to make sure that Jade didn't roll over the little human or anything.
"We're taking off in a minute. Do you need anything baby?" Perrie shook her head.
When she came back she saw the littles watching cartoons. Amir was annoying his sister as usual. He was sticking his tongue in her ear. It seemed that she was trying to ignore him but that was the last straw.
"Stop it!" She smacked him. Not too hard but hard enough to make him stop.
She shushed her little brother before he began to cry. He whined holding his cheek
"Sorry. Im sorry." Leigh-Anne watched but didn't say anything. She knew Aaliyah was trying to quiet him down before Perrie got up. This was how almost every fight started with the two yet Aaliyah was the only one who would get in trouble.
Aaliyah dropped her head when Perrie came into the general room.
"Come here."
"Nope. Go lay down baby. I'll take care of them, I said."
"She hurt him"
"He is just fine. Go" Perrie went back into the room and Leigh-Anne closed the sliding door behind her. When she turned around she bumped into Aaliyah. She was silently crying thinking she was in trouble.
"You're not in trouble, baby." She lifted her daughter into her arms.
"Sorry mama"
"That's okay. Next time come get mama instead of hitting him. He won't learn to stop bothering you if you hit him because he will hit you back. Then you two will start fighting, then what happens?"
"Mama gives me sasa"
"Right and we don't want mama to give you sasa, do we?" Aaliyah shook her head.
Leigh-Anne sat beside Amir with Aaliyah in her lap. He began bothering her almost immediately.
She ignored him. Until he pulled on her ear. Leigh-Anne pulled his little hands off of her ear before gently massaging them. She waited until he looked at her to shake her head at him.
