[ Ugh! Just sh-- ]
[ Shh! She's waking up! ]
I feel like I just had a strange dream.. two figures talking. One had short pink wavy hair while the other had long dark brown. I had a feeling I knew them but...
Y/N shook her head, brushing off the dream that she had.
She sat up and opened her eyes and found Nayeon and Momo were still sleeping with her. The area around her was still noticeably dark.
When their first night had begun on their way to Islivaria, Y/N suggested that they camp out since the king had prepared them and saw camping materials. With Y/N and their driver, Minju's camping experiences, the tent was set up efficiently. Sadly, only 3 people were able to fit the tent so Minju slept by the carriage.
"Momo, stop putting your leg on me!" Nayeon groggily whispered, swatting Momo's leg off her stomach.
Momo didn't follow accordingly and moved, accidentally smacking Nayeon's chin which the latter received quite harshly.
"Yah!!"
Nayeon turned and tried to kick Momo back but in turn her foot met Y/N's back instead while her hand slapped Momo's cheek.
Y/N coughed and was bent forward by the force of the kick.
"Ah!?" Momo let out a pained 'ouch' and moved away, removing her leg off Nayeon's stomach. But her calf met Y/N's arm instead, which caused Y/N to yelp.
"You two...!!" Y/N, sick of the beating, growled.
That morning, the sound of two thonks echoed in the meadow where they camped out.
Y/N dusted her palms with each other, satisfied, while Nayeon and Momo sat up, their heads hung low.
"I'm sorry, Y/N..." They both said, ashamed that they had shown Y/N the sides they didn't want anyone to see.
Y/N sighed. "It's fine." She needed to get used to it because they'd probably be sleeping together often. "I'll be going out."
The others nodded. As she stood up, the daggers' glint caught her eye near the tent's gap.
"Strange..." She recalled putting the daggers inside the satchel and never taking them out.
When Nayeon told her that the daggers had some of Agust D.'s spirit inside of them, she didn't fully believe it. Finding the daggers there, however, an inkling of suspicion grew in her....
She shook her head and grabbed the daggers, placing them back into the satchel before leaving.
"I'll have to buy some sheathes for them.. or maybe I could ask some artisan to wield some?" She thought out loud.
