(Prom Night)

"Mom, it's okay! Don't cry!" Jennie said as she tries to calm her mother down.

"I'm not crying! I'm just happy that you wanted to wear my prom dress instead of buying your own. I'm so proud of you, dear." Jennie's mom places a peck on Jennie's forehead.

"Aww thanks mom! Was this also the one you wore when you first danced with dad?"

"Why yes dear. Your father was the most handsome guy that night! Even my friends envied me for dancing with the prince of the campus back in the days when I was just your age."

"I hope I can find my prince charming tonight haha!"

"But you already found him!"

Jennie and Jennie's mom looked at each other and laughs.

"Hey mom, how did you caught dad's attention on your prom night?" Jennie asks her mother.

"Well it's not the dress and looks that made your father get caught in the hands of your beautiful mother but our strong bond of friendship is what made the both of us fall for each other, we always got each other's backs and our shoulder to cry on. But soon after, that friendship turned into a 15 year old marriage."

"That sounds like a highschool love story. Mom, can you give me some..... ya know... tips?"

"Oh sure honey!" The mother and daughter starts giggling as soon as her mother leans on Jennie's ear.

"You think that'll work?" Jennie asks.

"Uh huh! It worked for me so I bet it'll work for you too!" Her mother elbows Jennie's side and winks.

"Okay I trust you with that, mom."

Then, they heard a knock on the door.

"Open the door, that's probably him." Her mom said.

Jennie approaches the door and takes a deep breath, she looks behind her and saw her mom and dad giving her their smiles.

Jennie opens the door revealing, "Hey Taehyung."

"Wow. You look very stunning, Jennie." He blushes and takes her hand.

"You too, Tae. Let's go!" Jennie grabs Taehyung's hand and runs towards the car.

"Have fun dear!" Jennie's mom shouted from the house. Jennie smiles and nodded before entering the car.
