The next day, Y/N was awoken by Ron. The boy hastily rolled to his side, trying to sleep more. He had a tiring week, having to go to tutoring classes right after every school day. Ron continued to shake him awake.
"Lemmesleep..." Y/N groggily murmured.
"Get up, Y/N. You and me are the only ones left here." Ron told him, shaking him more intensely.
Y/N soon relented, yawning as he sat up on his bed, seeing Ron was already dressed for the day. He glanced around the dorm, seeing the messy, empty beds of everyone.
"Me and Hermione'll wait for you in the common room." Ron told him, leaving Y/N to let him get ready.
Y/N hastily got ready for the day. Taking a bath and putting on his Gryffindor robes before climbing down the stairs and into the common room, where Hermione and Ron were sitting down at the couch.
"Finally," Hermione sighed exasperatedly, closing her copy of Year with the Yeti. "Took you long enough."
"I need my beauty sleep," Y/N said, letting Ron lead both of them out of the portrait hole. "By the looks of it, you could use some more of more of it."
"Excuse me?" Hermione growled angrily at him, scowling at the boy.
"Whoa now, Hermione," Y/N feigned worry, "No need to get angry. Being so stressed at a young age can give you wrinkles, you know."
"I'lll hit you." Hermione told him firmly, her voice filled with hate.
"Stop it, both of you," Ron sighed as Hermione continued to glare daggers at Y/N. Ron was surprised he was being the voice of reason right now.
They all soon reached the Great Hall, all of them taking their seats at the Gryffindor table and filling their plates up with food when Y/N noticed someone was missing.
"Where's Harry?"
"Quidditch practice," Ron filled his plate up with a stack of sandwiches.
"Quidditch?" Y/N said questioningly, taking a spoonful of the porridge he got.
"Oh, right," Ron suddenly remembered that he was still new to the Wizarding World. He spent a good five minutes explaining Quidditch to Y/N, who seemed intrigued at the sport.
"Isn't that dangerous?" Y/N said as Ron finished discussing about the Bludgers. "I mean, that could really harm a student, can it not?"
"That's what the Beaters are for." Ron told him before his face lit up in excitement. "My brothers, Fred and George, are the Beaters of the Gryffindor team. Have you met them?"
Y/N's mind flashed of the memory when the twins accused him of liking Ginny. "Yeah, we've met..." He said hesitantly. "But what if you get hit by the Bludger? What then?"
"Oh it's fine, Madam Pomfrey's a brilliant witch," Ron assured him. "She could probably make you regrow all your limbs if you lost them!"
Y/N gave Ron an uncomfortable smile, "That sounds... really reassuring... thanks, Ron."
Ron nodded, chugging down his marmalade. "Oh, we're gonna go over to Hagrid's later. Wanna come?"
The idea of meeting Hagrid again immediately cheered Y/N up, immediately nodding at Ron's offer. The three of them soon left the Great Hall, each of them carrying a sandwich and a glass of Marmalade.
"They should probably be finished by now," Y/N said as the three of them strided across the lawn of Hogwarts, heading for the massive Quidditch Statidium in the distance. He looked at the rising sun in the distance, it's rays giving a orange hue to the sky above.
