The Ministry of Magic announced late last night that there has been a mass breakout from Azkaban.

Speaking to reporters in his private office, Cornelius Fudge, Minister for Magic, confirmed that ten high-security prisoners escaped in the early hours of yesterday evening and that he has already informed the Muggle Prime Minister of the dangerous nature of these individuals.

'We find ourselves, most unfortunately, in the same position we were two and a half years ago when the murderer Sinus Black escaped,' said Fudge last night. 'Nor do we think the two breakouts are unrelated. An escape of this magnitude suggests outside help, and we must remember that Black, as the first person ever to break out of Azkaban, would be ideally placed to help others follow in his footsteps. We think it likely that these individuals, who include Black's cousin, Bellatrix Lestrange, have rallied around Black as their leader. We are, however, doing all we can to round up the criminals, and we beg the magical community to remain alert and cautious. On no account should any of these individuals be approached.'

Without saying a word, Ivy just turned her back on Theodore, and walked out of the common room, leaving the confused boy behind.

In the hallway, Harry watched as Ivy turned and entered the same corridor as them. But instead of changing her path as she usually did, she started walking directly toward them

She stopped a few feet away, her gaze unwavering, and without saying anything, or looking at him. She just handed the newspaper to Hermione's hands. Ron and Harry, curious, looked at the Daily Prophet in Granger's hand.

- Black? - Harry exclaimed aloud after reading it - No!

- Shh! - Hermione whispered desperately, as they entered the great hall - Don't speak so loudly... Just read on!

- They have to find a bigger excuse for things like this, it's getting ridiculous always blaming everything on Sirius. - Harry said indignantly

- I have to agree, Harry. - Simas said leaving the table where he was sitting - I saw the newspapers and everything at Christmas, the ministry is really crazy...

- I'm glad you know, Simas. - he replied sarcastically

- I owe you an apology. - the boy said - And I wanted to know if there is still room in the Dumble...

- We can always have one more, Simas, welcome! - he replied - And late Merry Christmas!

- Cool, thanks and Merry Christmas! - he said happily and left

- Are you sure letting more people join you guys like this is a good idea? Should there be a process to make sure only the right people join? - Ivy asked looking at Hermione

- I... - Harry was going to reply, but was interrupted by Hermione

- Well, the more people, the merrier.

- By the way, did you know that Hagrid has already returned?

- What? Really? How do you know?

- Theo mentioned it.

- How does he know?

- Didn't ask.

As they made their way to Hagrid's cabin, Harry shared a look with Ron, and the redhead knew what to do. He quickly quickened his pace to walk in front of them, grabbing Hermione's arm on the way. He started rambling about Quidditch, something Harry knew would get Hermione mildly annoyed but at least distract her, giving him and Ivy a moment alone.
