"YOU KNOW, YOU DIDNT have to make it this freaking cold." [y/n] adds with a huff rubbing her arms to keep herself warm, breath visible in the air.
meanwhile, todoroki pays no mind to her complaining his back turned to her. "are you afraid of a little cold, sorceress?"
"yeah, when i don't have a jacket."
about 45 minutes have passed since they arrived in the landslide area of the USJ. for the their next course of action was to escape their location and to see if they could find the rest of their class.
as such, todoroki was keen on interrogating with the villains sent after them. freezing them in place as a warning, further ignorance to their questions and fushiguro would be the one to take over.
it wasn't long before they got the answers they needed.
"so they wanted to scatter us and kill us." [y/n] raised an eyebrow, hands to her hips. "but it's clear that you're a bunch of idiots that don't know what they're doing."
"thugs who don't know their quirks from their asses." todoroki adds, his expression painted with a scowl. frost biting at his fingertips but he barely felt it.
inching closer to him, the dark haired girl leans in close to the dual haired boy. causing him to tense up at feeling of their shoulders brushing against each other.
"at first glance, it seems that main villain gathered up an elite force to overwhelm us with numbers." [y/n] assumes her voice quiet, arms crossing as her expression is thoughtful.
"they must of thought they could use us as pawns to their liking." todoroki adds, his voice just as quiet. "by estimation, those who pose a real threat are maybe 4 to 5."
"i say it would be at least 6."
"and if you're wrong?"
"why would it matter?"
he shrugs his shoulders absentmindedly. "you seem like the type not wanting to be wrong about things."
"hah?" [y/n] blinks, her face scrunched up in annoyance. her initial reaction making the boy back away. "i could say the same thing about you."
in response, todoroki rolls his eyes going back to the task at hand. the air around him becomes increasingly cold again. then, his icey eyes glare down the villains he's managed to capture within his ice.
