Distressed and instantaneous to outrage, Alias shouts, "Why would you tell the manager that we'd sing a song that isn't done!?"

"I wasn't thinking. I was really excited, and I panicked. The only song that came to mind was the one that Logan just started writing... I'm sorry," Sierra mutters.

The anger quickly fades and Alias apologizes.

"No, you don't have to be sorry. I'm sorry; I shouldn't have yelled at you. This gig is just stressing me out. We have 5 days to practice a song that isn't even complete yet. I should've gotten a later date, so we had more time to practice."

"Guys, it'll be fine. We're going to be at a festival anyway. People are going to be more focused on eating and riding the rides," Logan says.

"That's not helping a whole lot. What if we do a good job and no one notices?" Alias asks.

"Okay, yeah, I shouldn't have said that. Look, we have 5 days. We'll figure something out," Logan says.

The phone begins to ring. Ring! Ring! "Who's that?" Logan asks.

"It's Iris," Sierra replies.

Sierra goes back up to the tree house to talk to Iris privately.

"Do you like her?" Logan asks.

"Huh?" Alias asks, stunned.

"Do you like Sierra?" Logan repeats.

"Yeah, she's a good friend," Alias mutters, avoiding the real question that Logan asked.

"Be real, you know that's not what I mean."

Alias simply shrugs his shoulders.

"Seriously, you don't have feelings for her?" Logan asks.

"I didn't say that," Alias replies quickly.

"So you do like her," Logan implies.

"I've known her my whole life," Alias says.

"What does that have to do with anything?" Logan asks.

"I dunno," Alias mumbles.

"Stop avoiding my question. You either like her or you don't. It's not that complicated," Logan snaps.

Alias snaps back at Logan and speaks his mind completely.

"It is that complicated! Stop being so nosey! Why do you wanna know if I like her!? You two already tried, and it didn't work out. Do you like her?"

"No, I saw the way you were looking at her earlier. While she was staring into the sky, you were staring into her eyes," Logan says.

"Maybe I do like her. Why do you wanna know? Whether I like her or not doesn't matter. It won't work out. You know the band rules," Alias says.

"That's just being childish," Logan says.

"That rule was put in place because of you," Alias points out.

Sierra climbs down the ladder without her shoes on, revealing her two different colored socks.

"What are y'all talking about?" Sierra asks.

Logan looks away.

"Nothing important," Alias says.

Logan goes back into the treehouse, and Sierra tells Alias about the conversation with Iris.

"I feel so bad for her. How did she even catch the virus that's going around?" Alias asks.

"I don't know, but we've all been around her in the past 3 days. That means we've all been exposed," Sierra says.
