Jason tossed and turned in bed, feeling totally unable to fall asleep. He had tried everything. He had drank warm milk, he had counted sheep's, he had opened the window and he had rubbed his own temples. But nothing worked.
Then there was a knock on the door. Jason frowned his eyebrows. Was it a crazy fan that had found his address? He got out of bed and walked slowly to the door. When peaking through the little hole in the door, a sigh of relief left his body.
Outside the door stood Willow. She looked tired, like him, and he was quick to open the door. "Hey," he spoke as she fell into his arms, "can't sleep?"
She buried her face into his chest, feeling safe as he wrapped his arms tight around her. "I haven't slept in days, Jason, I feel so dead," she pulled away, and Jason's gaze landed on her dark circles. "You look like death herself," he joked, gaining a smile from her.
"Shut up! I know," she pushed him away, heading for the bedroom. "Where do you think you're going," he walked after her. "To bed," she turned, "I hope." Jason felt his heart burst with joy. It wasn't a lie, he was head over heels for Willow. He had been for the longest time. A while back, tho it felt like yesterday, they had shared a little kiss, yet none of them mentioned it. It felt natural that she laid in his bed, tangled up in his sheets and scent.
Her eyes were now closed, and Jason was scared she had already fallen asleep. "Don't just stand there, come here," she opened her arms, inviting him into her warmth and comfort.
Jason crawled into her arms, wrapping his arms around her waist, bring her close to his own body. "You're warm," he mumbled as she ran her fingers through his curls. She could feel his body relax, each muscle releasing the tension it held. "It's been a while since we've laid like this," he slowly let his fingers trace her back, leaving goosebumps all over her skin. "You have become a busy man," she giggled. "Never too busy for you," he let his fingers dance over her body, feeling every curve, memorizing the way her body felt against his.
"Jason," she whispered, lifting his face with her hands, "you're not going to forget me, are you?" Her eyes were filled with love, it was everything he saw. "I could never," he smiled softly.
Willow slowly pulled his face closer to hers, her lips grazing his for a split second. "God," he breathed out, "do that again." Her lips landed on his, and Jason moved a hand to the back over head, keeping her in place. The kiss was gentle. It was comforting and warm, Willow had never been kissed like this before. Jason pulled one of her legs over his own, inviting her to be his. She smiled into the kiss, and dug her finger into his hair.
Jason slowly pulled away, stroking her cheek with his thumb. "Will you stay the night," he asked, "actually, will you stay every night from now on?"
A gasp left her lips, but the smile was too big to hold back. "Yes," she kissed his lips quickly again, before burying her face in the crook of his neck. Jason kissed her forehead.
Shortly, snores left both their mouths, and they finally had a good night sleep.
