Hi! My name is Ellianna Jones, well, my full name is Ellianna-may Jones but most people just call me Ellie or Ell. I wouldn't describe myself as a shy person, everybody says that, they all say that they could put me in a room full of strangers and i would be completely unbothered. I am a very bubbly and bouncy person, but what everyone doesn't see is the struggles i face every single day to day life. In 2021, i was diagnosed with ADHD and anger issues, no, they are not the same thing. Everyone always says that people with ADHD are just angry, but that is just not true. Me personally, I am quite good at putting on a mask and say "I'm fine" but as a human, there's only so much 'fake it til you make it's' i can take. Other than my sudden outbursts I don't tend to be a person that shows a lot of emotions, and if i do i would asually start my period later on and would just blame it on that. My hormones are all over the place. Outside of my footballing career is amazing, i have a lovely family, they have always been supportive of me, especially when I came out to them as gay, it was a really hard time for me but they just put my mind at ease. I am so happy to be back with the people i love most. Don't get me wrong, i am going to miss Barcelona like crazy! the people i have met along the way will be stuck with me, friends for life, i say. I loved everything about Barca, but i just never really felt like at home. Although I was half Spanish, Barcelona just never really clicked for me, I go there on holiday a lot and I speak there language but it was never home for me, hence why I chose to play for the English international team.I have grown up with Barcelona, making the A team at 17, winning every single piece of silverware up for grabs. I also have a ballon dor to my name, followed by numerous golden boot winners, player of years/seasons. I hate to boost my own ego but truthfully, at this moment in time, i would like to say I am, if not, one of the best women footballers right now. Anyways that's enough of me for now, enjoy!
