cold stares

My morning was like no other, except this morning I had actually set an alarm this time. I felt a lot more relaxed this morning, the sleep i had last night was one of my best in a long time. I had a quick breakfast of a granola bar and a latte. I knew today we would have a meeting due to us flying out to Munich in 2 days, I don't expect to play in the match but just being that was enough for me. Finally pulling up to the training complex, releasing a breath I didn't even know I was holding, ever since joining arsenal I had been so tense, worrying about everything I did, and if you know me, that is not like me at all. Maybe it was just the feeling being back in England? Pulling me out of my thoughts I am met with a giddy beth as she gives me a massive squeeze, I watch as Viv walks over towards us laughing. "let her breathe, beffy." she says chuckling to herself a little bit but then a sigh. I can't imagine how hard it is having to chase around beth all day long, that girl has always got energy somehow. "how are you then, beffy?" I say in my normal, joyful voice, slowly deattaching myself from beths grip of me. All three of us talk as we walk into the training complex, side by side. The meetings going by so slow, I can feel myself start to get fidgety, in these types of scenarios I would always get easily distracted, nothing against jonas or anything, it's just how I am. My gaze keeps calling to the brunette infront of me, giving me cold stares. I hate how petty she's being, I get in the past we have had our run ins but we are teammates now, and I hate coming to a new club knowing someone doesn't like you, let's just hope Katie starts to warm up eventually. Awhile later the meeting was finally finished, after saying my goodbyes to all my new teammates I get in my car and drive off.
