So l let you go in the most painful way
I have no clue why we abandoned
This warm love of ours
Like a hot coffee left to be cold
On the kitchen table
I still have my morning coffee
But it doesn't taste like how it did before
When the scent of coffee invades my senses
My mind goes back to your coffee brown eyes
I wish I had the grace to walk away
When i knew I could'nt stay anyway
Like the soft breeze of wind you came
And left a raging storm in my heart
And to say we were intersecting lines
But now we're parallel
We once formed a us
But it's now you and me
And in the end
We..
As in you and me
Were never meant to be..."
