To reverse things back to how they were
To fade these feelings you've created
To change the thoughts about you that i have
You see, its not possible
To trust the same person who broke it
To find peace in past trauma
For a dried flower to hold on for long
For when strong winds blow it falls apart
You see, it's not possible
To pretend my heart doesn't bleed
When I'm hurt by your words
But when I'm understood
It feels like the load has been taken off
You see, it's not possible
To mend your ways when i know they're lies
No matter how hard you sugar coat
Lies are relied upon when truth shines bright
You see, it's not possible
To forget you when I held on so hard
To let you go cause then it'll all fade
All of us that we had would fade, even me
It's not possible to do any of this
But doesn't that mean we've so much scope for change?
Where one day you'll say,
It was not possible, but I made it happen..
