The wall between them still existed, though it was thin.
In other words, they weren't exactly on good friends term, but they were definitely talking again.
"It's actually nice that you and Riki made up." Sera nodded in approval. "You made our eye candy come to class more often. I applaud."
"Back off Sera, he's her man." Yujin snickered whilst the others eventually joined. Only Aira was as clueless as ever.
"Huh?"
"You fit his ideal type so much." The three of them all looked at Aira, who was still stunned.
"Black long hair, bangs, big eyes, pretty smile..." Rosa started listing his ideal type. "The only thing you're missing is the heavy make up and being a tad bit shorter.
"Haha you guys..." Aira laughed nervously. "Where did you even acquire all these specific details?"
"Words just flies around when you're popular." Yujin shrugged. "So Aira, how does it feel having a pretty face?"
"Uh...thank you but i really dont think-"
"Your pretty privilege is being able to talk to him anytime you want. I'm so envious." Sera dramatically cried.
"You can too! I can bring him here right now so-"
"See! He will just come if you call him in. Aira power." Sera laughed it off.
"Riki definitely has a type. First Dana, now Aira." Rosa began to speak carefreely which caught looks from the other two girls. "Except maybe Dana fit his ideal type a bit more. Heavy on the make up. But if i was him, i'd pick you all day."
"Hahaha...thanks Rosa for your commentary." Yujin shut her oblivious friend's opinions by shoving bread in her mouth.
"Oh well." Aira shrugged.
As much as she stated she didn't care about being compared, hearing it too much could be tiring.
And so, Aira has finally decided for a change.
"Do you girls want to help me with my make over? Since photo day is coming up soon?"
"Count us in!" The three of them chanted in unison.
No, Aira didn't change for the sake of the comparison commentaries to end.
She didn't change for no man.
She wanted to change for herself.
It felt essential in order to turn a new chapter.
