Flashback
"Malik is what!?" Maama said hysterically.
"Malik is an...." Ammi started, her voice dropping an octave. "..malik is an addict." She said finally.
"No, no you must be mistaken. You're wrong!" Maama said in shock.
"She's not mistaken, she's lying, she's a liar! How can you say this about malik? My malik? Tell me what did he do to you? Did I do something to you and you're taking it out on my son? Please why are you doing this suwaiba enough please!" Mami screamed, falling to the ground letting her tears fall.
"I'm not lying, stop calling me a liar. I have done nothing wrong! But I think the only mistake I made was caring about you and your son." For the first time since the argument started, ammi screamed too.
"You don't care about us, you don't care about him. Stop saying this rubbish about caring about us." Mami replied standing up and cleaning her tears.
"Why are you all blaming me? If anyone should be blamed for his actions it should be you and her. Because you're his mother after all and he's closer to her so she was probably aware of it from the start!" Ammi said.
"Don't you even dare! What do you mean? You're trying to blame me? For something I know nothing of? You must be insane suwaiba. Now I really think that this is your conspiracy." Maama replied to ammi.
"What's going on? Please stop whatever is going on here. How can you act this way, you're adults. Whatever the matter is you should solve it in a civil manner." Jidda tried reasoning with them, but none of them gave her a reply.
"Nawal, please take the kids upstairs. You also shouldn't be here you don't need the stress."
Nawal is 8 and half months pregnant so she isn't supposed to be under any kind of stress and the kids cannot witness their family falling apart."Okay, I'll be right back though." Nawal replied.
"Ya nawal, no stay with the kids we'll handle things here." Yusra finally spoke.
Everyone was in a state of panic, they all tried calming their mother's down but it only seemed to anger them more as the arguments got more and more heated.
"Malik and I are close but he grew up with his mother's values, why are you blaming me? Blame his mother." It was maama's turn to do the blame game.
"Blame me? I never complained about my son being closer to you than me and now because he has been accused of something you turn your back on him. Unbelievable.... this is sad. You're so pathetic bilkisu." Mami replied shaking her head in utter disappointment.
"Mami enough of this please, it's okay." Jidda pleaded.
"Jidda just shut up and get out of my sight." Mami shouted.
"Mami please calm down, this won't solve anything. Ammi, Maama please calm down." Yusra also begged for the drama to stop.
End of flashback.
