Amy was tricked drinking a potion that killed her baby and during her mourning Shadow was sent away to investigate who was responsible. While he was away sonic took the opportunity and kidnaps Amy then took her to a secluded cabin where he rapes her and keeps her prisoner. Shadow eventually finds out and brings knuckles in who eventually caves under shadows beatings. Shadow rushes to the cabin and kills sonic saving Amy who undergoes therapy. Sally on the other hand was furious when she found out about what sonic did but blamed Amy and tried to kill her but was killed by Shade and Ruby. Knuckles was put away along with Rouge who knew as well. Their pack was soon stripped of their power and the ones involved became rogues. Shadow and Amy eventually do have a litter of 4 (3 girls and 1 boy) and shade and ruby find their mates.
Overall Amy is happy with shadow and they proudly raised their family and rule their pack.
