Read till the end!!!!
My phone vibrated at four in the morning, waking me up. Fuck! Damn, I was meant to get up at three in the morning! Her face appeared in my line of sight as I looked up to my right; she was soundly and tension-free asleep. The conversation from last night suddenly flashed before my eyes.
She thanked me for taking the time.
Did she, however, do that on her own? No! who knows? Perhaps a spirit has taken possession of her and is impressed by my abs.
It is a huge day for Emma and me because it is the major fashion show today, so I got out of bed and headed straight to the bathroom. The only thing left to do was verify the locations and complete the necessary tasks. The designs were ready.
I had no idea that she would be accompanying me; I had only planned to make two dresses. I had to ask her even though she wasn't on my list—not because of her uncle, but because of her.
Her father is not the same person that he presents himself as to everyone, as Shavan told me, and she did not have a typical upbringing. I would discover the face that is concealed.
She may have been taken from the Sharma household if I hadn't brought her with me. The Sharma family is strange and enigmatic. I also learned that her mother, Aparna Chakrabarty, is Bengali, meaning she is half Punjabi and half Bengali.
When I exited the restroom with my dress on, she yelled since I had just come out with a towel on. Foolish girl!
I glanced at her and saw that she was fast asleep, holding the pillow against her chest as though her life—or the life of the spirit—depended on it.
Vid, don't say anything; the ghost could have heard you.
I went outside my room and saw that Emma was already awake, working on something on her tab. I went downstairs and she smiled to greet me.
"How did you sleep?" "Where's Ada?" she inquired, offering me her black coffee.
I responded, taking a seat across from her, "It was good, and she is sleeping by hugging the pillow close to her chest." I tried to take the black coffee from her hand, but she smirked, making me worry.
