This song is a fanmade song about a ship between two characters in a hit show on YouTube called Helluva Boss, Stolas and Blitz. The song is written from Stolas's perspective with him saying that he loves Blitz and wants him to "just look my way," implying that he very much so wants Blitz's love, but if he can't have it, he wants Blitz to acknowledge Stolas's feelings and talk to him rather than leave without words and properly put an end to their relationship, whether it was romantic, sexual, casual or nothing at all.
A cool detail is how the moon, representing Blitz, went from being something small, manageable, and close, to becoming progressively getting larger, further away, and untouchable. The fact that Stolas doesn't even say "love me back" or "you owe me this" but instead says "At least acknowledge my feelings for you" is the essence of unrequited love. Stolas doesn't just want Blitz anymore, he wants him to be happy. But here, he understands what sacrifices might need to happen for that to come to pass. He hates what might need to happen, but he's willing to face it to help the one he loves.
