We ran around the pile of kids and toys before finally seeing Bill and Georgie. "I wanna go home," Georgie cried, staring up at Bill. "I miss you; I wanna be with Mom and Dad!"

"I want more than anything for you to be home," Bill cried too, "with mom and dad." He slowly approaches him and says, "I miss you so much."

"I love you, Billy," Georgie mumbled as he watched him. "I love you too." Bill pulled out Mike's stun gun and pointed at Georgie's head. My eyes widened as he pulled the trigger. "But you're not Georgie."

The boy lay motionless on the ground for a few seconds before shaking ferociously. He began to transform into a clown and shot up. "Kill it, Bill! Kill it!" Eddie shouted. We all shouted at Bill to use the gun, but Mike called out, "Hey, it's not loaded!"

Bill pulled the trigger anyway, and the clown faked being shot before running straight at Bill. He tripped as we all backed away. Bill used the gun to stop its mouth from biting him. I quickly ran towards it with my pipe, hearing Stan call my name. The clown flew me through the air as I hit my head off the wall of the sewers and onto the floor.

I looked on and noticed Beverly got her weapon stolen, and Mike also got thrown into the large pile in the center of the room. I stood up and ran towards the clown, jumping on his back and covering his eyes. I screamed as I felt Bill jump on top of me, as well as Richie. Stan shouted, "Leave her alone!" He and Ben grabbed his arms, keeping them away from us.

Soon enough, Stan and Ben were thrown off, as well as Richie. They all grouped together as Bill and I were grabbed and placed in a chokehold. I looked between Bill and the group. "No, don't; let them go," Beverly quietly begged.

"No! I'll take them; I'll take all of you! And I'll feed on your flesh as I feed on your fear... Oooo Rrrr... You'll just leave us be. I will take them, just them. And then I will have my long rest, and you will all live to grow old, drive, and lead happy lives. Until old age takes you back to the weeds."

I choked as I gripped his arm, taking in shaky breaths. "this one for 1989," he pretended to take a bite out of Bill's head, before leaning towards me. "And this one for 2016," he opened his mouth even wider as I felt the drool hit my head.

"I-I-I-I'm so sorry (F/N), you didn't deserve this, I got you ro-r-ro-roped up into this, I'm sorry."

"You guys have been the closests things to friends that I have. Just go, please..." I looked at the group, "just leave, I'm the one who dragged you all into this. I'm s-s-s-s-, I'm s-o-sorry." Bill nodded, but the clown mocked his speech. "go!" I cried out.

Beverly looked around, "guys, we can't...

"I told you Bill," Richie stood up, "I fucking told you, I don't wanna die. It's your fault. Y-You punched me in the face, you made me walk through shitty water, you brought me to a fucking crackhead-house!" Richie walked to the pile, pulling out a bat, "and now, Im going to have to kill this fucking clown."

Me and Bill were shoved out the way as the clown raced towards Richie. "welcome to the losers club, asshole!" He swung, making the clown spin around. Mike tried to attack him, but his rod was caught by flaming hands that protruded out of its mouth.

They screamed his name, before Stanley hit the hands with his own weapon. The clown turned into the crooked woman and charged at Stan, who screamed and swatted it at him again. Mike was able to hit it this time, but he got tossed away. The clown's arms turned into spider legs as it tried to pierce him. Suddenly, Ben came from behind and stabbed it in the back.

Its head snapped around and turned into a mummy, wrapping bandages around his head and trying to pull him in. Bill stood up and grabbed chains, smacking the clown in the head. Blood glowed upwards as it fell to its knees. I ran towards it and kicked its face in, pushing it onto its back.

Everybody began to circle it, before it turned into a leper and puked on Eddie's face. He puked himself before screaming and kicking it, "I'm going to kill you!"

The clown turned towards Beverly and turned into an older man. "Hey Bevvie, are you still my little girl-?" Before he could finish, Beverly stuck a pipe down his throat. It regurgitated the rod and turned back to normal, backing away. I picked the rod up and placed my foot on its back.

He looked behind at me before turning into Betty, "there you are (N/N)!" I didn't hesitate and batted his head in. He squealed and crawled away hitting a large hole. "That's why you didn't kill Beverly, cause s-s-s-s-she wasn't afraid, and we aren't either. Not anymore. Now you're the one who's afraid. Because you're gonna starve."

The clown began to gurgle and threw himself over the hole, hanging on. "He thrusts his fist against the post... And still insists he sees the ghost."

Stanley handed his pole to Bill and held my hand as I dropped mine. As Bill lifted it up, the clown dropped further down. Its head began to crack and float upwards revealing his brain and as Bill took another step, he muttered fear before falling down.

I take in some deep breaths, feeling how sweaty and Stan's palms are. "I know what I'm doing for my summer experience essay," Richie jokes. I let out a small smile before my eyes caught something. "Guys, the kids are floating down," Eddie pointed out.

As I looked back down, I noticed Bill was at the pile, holding onto a yellow raincoat. Everybody began to join him as he cried. I saw him reach down and pull something, a right shoe, with the initials 'BR' written.

I crouched down next to Bill as I gently held the shoe. I looked up at him, feeling my eyes water. I placed my arm around his shoulder as he cried into the coat. Soon everybody wrapped their arms around us, bringing him in.

It's been a little over two weeks since then. And we all decided to meet up at Bay, just outside of Mike's farm. Beverly said she had something she wanted to tell us so we all sat in the grass and listened. "I can only remember parts, but... I thought I was dead. That's what it felt like. I saw us, all of us together back in the cistern, but we were older... I mean, our parents are older."

"What were we all doing there," I looked up at Beverly. "I just remembered how we felt, how scared we were, I don't think I can ever forget that."

I looked away, picking at my hands. "Swear," Bill picked up a broken bottle shard, "swear if it isn't dead. If it ever comes back, we'll come back too." I looked around, before seeing Beverly stand up, then everybody else followed. He cut his own palm before going around in a circle. I flinched as I felt the glass cut into me.

I stared at the wound before I felt Ben grab my hand. I smiled and grabbed Stan's, he smiled back at me as we all held hands. After a few seconds, they all let go, except for me and Stan. "We have to go," I smiled at everyone. "I hate you," Stan glared at Bill. After a while he began to chuckle, and we waved goodbye.

"I feel like a dork with this stuff on," he mumbled, wading through the grass with me. "You've always looked like a dork."

"How funny," he scoffed. "I don't think we ever brought it up again, but I did say I love you, a few days ago. And I still mean it."

"You mean when I was getting eaten? Yeah, I could forget that for some reason."

I laughed with him. "Really though, I knew I loved you from the start."

"You said you liked me in December," he paused, looking at me. "I said I realized in December."

"So you fell first," he smirked at me, "why do you always beat me in these competitions." I shrugged, "because I'm bolder."

"Oh yeah?" He took a shaky breath, putting his hand on my shoulder. He pulled me in but hesitated before finally pressing his lips on mine. I smiled into the awkward kiss, staring into his eyes as he pulled away. "was that better than the Romeo guy?"

I laughed and nodded, "way better."
