Echo is sitting in a desk while there's nothing around her, soft music is playing and she looks peaceful then a sudden loud noise is heard as Echo gets dragged back to reality

TEACHER: ECHO!! WHERE YOU LISTENING TO A WORD I JUST SAID!!!

Echo falls off her chair and quickly gets up

ECHO: I-I'm so s-sorry, i don't know what happened

TEACHER: I have been trying to get your attention for the past 5 minutes, were you even paying attention, you have been staring out the window for so long. Why do you keep getting distracted in my class?

ECHO: I-I'm not sure I'm sorry, please just give me one more chance I can try my best to pay attention.

TEACHER: No excuse, you have been like this since the beginning of the year, do you even know what we are doing.

Spotlight on Echo as everyone around her freezes

ECHO: (to audience) Yeah I know what we are doing it's right here in my notes, I just need to stay calm and explain to the teacher I know what's going on, my brain is feeling a little fuzzy right now, (noises and voices start to play) why is there so much noise and why is it getting louder, I can't think straight.

Everyone unfrezes and the lights go back to normal as the TEACHER talks

TEACHER: See what I'm talking about, you can't seem to focused on even a simple conversation, what is wrong with you

The bells rings

TEACHER: You better pay more attention tomorrow, I want you to pass this class

ECHO: Yes I understand

Echo leaves the class and puts on her headphones, the spotlights start

again as she paces the stage and talking

ECHO: I knew the answer, I knew what we were studying, the words wouldn't leave my mouth though, they were on the tip of my tongue, if i had a little more time, if all eyes were not on me i could haved answered, i'm a good student i get good grades, i know the answer why couldn't i say it, i'm in a never ending loop i'm stressing about knowing the answer and not saying it, the more i think the more stressed out i become, if only i could turn back time or-

DIANNE: Woah woah slow down there, you're hyperfocusing-

Nick walks in

NICK: -And then stressing about it

Echo looks around and then at Nick and Dianne

ECHO: Who are you guys and where I'm I?

NICK: Wow, not even going to say hello? So rude

DIANNE: Give her some slack, the kids just figuring this all out, (turns to ECHO) Hello hi, I'm Dianne and this is Nick, or also known as ADHD

NICK: And Anxiety

ECHO: And let me get this straight we are currently in my brain?

NICK: She's finally understanding

ECHO: You don't have to be so rude, and what are you supposed to do (sarcastically) Anxiety

NICK: Well for your information KID I-

DIANNE: He makes people stressed out and freaked out for no reason

NICK: (sighs) I mean yes but i'm not all bad, listen kid I'm not that bad, yes I can cause some high emotions but I can help you, to finish a project on time or make it to an event or I don't know I'm too tired for this I'm going back to bed.

DIANNE: MY TURN, so I can help you have fun and be creative and get like 10 things done at once and I can help you be really good at stuff

NICK: BUT?

DIANNE: But because of me your attention span is really short and you get distracted easily or obsesses over things

ECHO: So you guys are like apart of me that's so cool, could you guys help me with my homework?

Starts to take out her homework, Nick and Dianne look at each other and then run away

ECHO: I-I guess not
