Walking north along the road leading toward Windmill Hills, I couldn't help but smile at the serene sounds of nature.

Now that we were far enough away from the Cities and towns, I could really see what the World of Pokemon was about, the walks through the forest with your friends, the green of the trees hiding the homes of hundreds of different creatures, all amazing in their own right.

From the Nymble jumping between the bushes nearby to the family of Capsakids lying near the sides of this dirt road, using the lack of trees directly above them to sunbathe, and even the Bombirdier in the distance, cackling at the loud sounds it was creating.

All of these Pokemon are magnificent in their own unique way!

"Hey Dishon, Look! I think I can see the Pokecenter from over here! Let's run!" Not even Dendra's energetic yelling could ruin the serene nature of this little walk.

"Let's not run," I told her, Stopping in the middle of the road and closing my eyes, taking a deep breath to try and truly feel the smell of nature.

"Huh, Why not?" Dendra leaned over, the smell of her shampoo mixing with the earthy smells of the forest.

"Because I'm enjoying nature," I told her, still keeping my eyes closed as I absorbed the world with my other senses.

The spicy smell of the nearby Capsikids, The sounds of the rocks being dropped by the Bombirdier high in the sky, even the sound of the wind tearing as the Nymble leaped around us like a martial artist in an old Kung Fu movie, all wonderful parts of this worlds natural order.
It was nice to simply close my eyes for a moment and zone out, forgetting about all the things that happened in just the last two days.

From finding out Team Flare was somehow active in Paldea, to an Earthquake causing the Hotel to close for a while, to finally getting a girlfriend, to almost dying thanks to Hernan's horrible cooking, to once again crossing that accursed bridge in the cave, to even a small thing like giving Fanny instructions as a Trainer, when I told her to use Smog on that Wattrel.

It was all so much in so little time, It's just... Nice to take a deep breath and have a moment.

"Sal?" Fanny, however, seemed to have other plans in store, as she started poking me with her fingers, "Landit Landit Landit!"

"Okay Okay!" I swiped my hand over where her claws were, missing her entirely but still hearing a raspy chuckle from the Salamander Bandit, "I'll keep moving, It is getting late after all, We can finish this last little leg of the journey for today, and then make camp," I opened my eyes for the simple purpose of rolling them.

"Come on Dishon! You can enjoy nature later! We still need to get our tents set up!" Dendra slapped me on the shoulder before she rushed ahead, followed by her Falinks and Hariyama.

Her Medicham turned to look at me, showed what I could only describe as an apologetic smile, pat me on the back, and went ahead to join her trainer and teammates.

Leaving Fanny and I behind with the last member of her team.

"So, Big guy, You're not going to run after them?" I turned to look at the Fighting/Water type, Fanny climbing up my back so she could rest her chin on my shoulder, giving the Tauros a smug look, as if she was trying to tell him "I'm light enough to hang off his body,", causing me to smile at her silly display of superiority and scratch her chin.

She is a poison type, after all.

Tauros huffed and shook his head, motioning for us to start moving along before starting to walk after his trainer, content to take things slow in the back with us.
