Thanks to Lucy, the witch who healed me, I am able to go back to school... if I want to.

Sophie assists me down the stairs after the struggle of changing into clothes. Breakfast was calling my name and so were all the voices I could hear from the parlor.

"-we're looking at a solid maybe." I hear Day say to someone.

"Look, Elijah's dead right? So no one else even knows that you exist." Stefan says.

"Not that you know of." Now that's a new voice. I limp around the corner to see Damon, Stefan and Elena with someone I didn't recognize.

"That's not helping." Damon scoffs.

"Look, I've never even met anyone who's laid eyes on him. I mean, we're talking centuries of truth mixed with fiction. We don't know if he's real. For all we know he could just be some sort of stupid bedtime story."

"What's going on?" I ask, finally gaining their attention.

"Fire, ask for help next time." Day lifts me up and sets me on the couch. Rolling my eyes I ask Sophie to get me something to eat.

"He's real and he doesn't give up. If he wants something, he gets it. If you're not afraid of Klaus, then you're an idiot."

"Oh, Klaus. Why don't we ask Katherine? I mean she's obviously a doppelganger so he most likely has met her. She says she is running from someone, my money is on him." I shrug.

Elena huffs and stands, grabbing her bag. Stefan asks where the girl is going only to be shot down when he offers to take her with him to school. I think someone took my advice.

"Can I go back to school tomorrow? My leg is feeling much better." I ask Day once everyone leaves the room.

"Ask me again when you don't need a crutch or the maid." I groan loudly as Sophie comes back in with some food.

"Come on! I am dying of boredom here!" I complained to him as the new vampire came back into the room.

"Hey, Rose. What do you think about homeschooling?" He asks the woman. My eyes snap up to meet his, in a glare.

"No! You do not get to drag me to this shit town just to make me finish my last year at home."

"I have to agree with the girl. Let her go to school."

"Why thank you, Rose. See? She gets it." I smirk at Day.

They begin talking in hushed whispers making me roll my eyes. I am not Elena!

"How do I find Klaus?"

"You don't find Klaus, he finds you." Rose tells him.

"Come on. Somebody's gotta know somebody who knows where he is, right?" Damon asks her. He's pushy today.

"Add another 200 somebody's to that and you're still not even close." She grumbles.

"Humor him, please." I want to know too.

"I got in touch with Elijah through a very low somebody on the totem pole. A guy named Slater in Richmond." She finally caves.

"Perfect. I'll drive."

"Can I come with you?" I ask standing up to show I can walk on my own.

"No way, Little Fire. You stay here where I know you are safe okay?" He walks over to me and kisses my forehead before leaving with Rose in her car.

"I have an idea." Damon, Stefan, Jeremy and Bonnie were discussing a plan to get the moonstone from Katherine.
