I groaned as I heard my alarm go off. Bloody hell, I shouldn't have stayed that late up.

I raised my head from my pillow to look at my alarm clock. Freaking 8 am, why did I do this to myself?

I stoped my moping when i remembered today I was going to meet the new team I was going to play with.

They said that I was supposed to arrive there at 9 am, so I had about an hour to get ready. I had already received an official shirt from the team. Luckily there was no girl with 14, otherwise I would have to wear a random number.

I grabbed a sports bra, my shirt and volleyball shorts to change into, but first I went to the bathroom and had a quick shower. I did my skincare and brushed my teeth when i got out of the shower. After that I pulled my hair up into a ponytail, so it doesn't fall on my face.

I grabbed my nike shoes, put the on and picked up my backpack with all my volleyball stuff. When I left my room and started walking downstairs towards the kitchen I received a message from Grace.

Right as I had finished talking to her I spotted a blur in the kitchen, thinking it was just my mom I went to the fridge and opened the door to see that we had almost nothing.

No big surprise really, since we had just moved I didn't expect anything at all.

"Hey mom, do you think we can pass at starbucks before the practice?" i asked still looking at the open fridge.

When the door was pushed forward and almost crushed my head I jumped back and looked towards were the push came from.

"What the hell walk?" I asked with wide eyes "The bloody hell are you doing here?"

"Woah, calm down pepper" he laughed "Didn't know you were British, I thought you were from California?" he asked a bit confused.

"Yeah i'm from california, but my dad's from england, so I got the british curse vocabulary from him" i laughed.

"Right, well my mom told me to come here cause i'm going to take you to practice" he said with a smirk.

"Why? I though my mom was taking me"

"Your mom told my mom that she had to leave early. Work emergency's." he said looking at me.
