As Akira knocked on the door, she expected Max to open it, but instead, Avyakta stood before her, his face lighting up with a warm smile. "Hey, come on in!" he said, stepping aside to let her in.

Akira's heart skipped a beat as she entered the room, feeling a sudden nervousness wash over her. She tried to shake it off, focusing on Max, who was busy playing with his toys.

"Hey, Supermax! Don't you want to eat dinner?" she asked, ruffling his hair.

Max initially resisted, "I don't wanna eat!" but Avyakta intervened, "Umm, you want to become a superhero, right? Well, for that, you need to eat! If you don't, your body will lack energy, and you won't be able to save the world!" He said while smiling and ruffled his hair.

Max's eyes widened in shock, "For real?!" and he quickly scampered off to the dining table.

As they watched Max hurry away, Akira and Avyakta shared a smile.

But when Avyakta turned to face Akira, his breath caught in his throat - she was standing incredibly close to him. Akira, too, was taken aback, her breath stuck, and her nervousness returned.

The air seemed to vibrate with tension as they stood there, their faces inches apart, the world around them melting away...

Avyakta took one step closer, his eyes locked on Akira's, and she was stunned, her mind racing with thoughts she couldn't quite process.

Suddenly, her legs gave way, and she felt herself falling, but before she could even react, Avyakta's quick reflexes kicked in, and he caught her, his hands wrapping around her waist to steady her.

Akira's face flushed a deep red as she clutched his shirt, her fingers clenched in a death grip.....

She snapped back to reality, quickly releasing his shirt and smoothing out his wrinkled dress.

"We should go eat," she stammered, her voice barely above a whisper.

Avyakta's eyes never left hers, his gaze burning with an intensity that made her heart race even faster.

"Yeah, let's go," he said, his voice low and husky, his hands still wrapped around her waist.

As they walked to the dining table, Akira's mind reeled with confusion and . What was happening between them? She couldn't deny the sparks flying between them, but she was scared to acknowledge them, too.

As they sat down to eat, Avyakta's eyes widened in delight at the spread of dishes before him. He couldn't help but grin, his face lighting up with excitement.

But then, his gaze shifted to Akira, curious to see her reaction to the feast.  And he wasn't disappointed - her eyes sparkled with joy, her mouth watering in anticipation.

And then he snapped remembering, what happened in Alex room, he blushed, and smiled while looking at her. Avyakta chuckled to himself, pleased to see her.

He started eating, savoring the flavors and textures, but just as he was halfway through his meal, his phone rang.

He hesitated, not wanting to interrupt the warm atmosphere, but the caller ID showed his mother's name, and he knew he had to answer.

"Sorry, everyone," he said, standing up and excusing himself. "I have an urgent call from my mom, and I need to take it." He glanced at Akira, his eyes apologetic. "Sorry, but I have to go."

Akira smiled understandingly. "It's okay, you can go. We'll finish dinner without you."

Avyakta nodded, grateful for her kindness. "Thanks, Akira. I'll catch up with you soon." And with that, he quickly exited the room, phone in hand, leaving Akira and her family to continue their meal without him.

As he walked, he couldn't shake off the feeling that something special had just begun, something that went beyond a simple friendship. He looked forward to seeing her again, to exploring the connection they shared, and to discovering where this newfound bond would lead them.
