*We open up to see the beautiful blue sky and a few peaceful birds chirping. But that is soon interrupted by the sounds of swords clanging. Changing our view to the arena inside of Mrs. Goodwitch's room we see Team CRDL being absolutely smacked by the one and only Pyrrha.*
Glynda: And that's the match.
Cardin: Lucky shot.
*Cardin collapses.*
Glynda: Well done, Miss Nikos. You should have no problem qualifying for the tournament.
Pyrrha: Thank you, professor.
Glynda: *Tapping her Scroll.* Alright, now I know that's a tough act to follow, but we have time for one more sparring match. *Glynda looks around at the observing students.* Any volunteers? Ms. Belladonna? *Blake slams her book shut and stares wide-eyed at Glynda.* You've been rather docile for the past few classes. Why don't you -
*Mercury raises his hand.*
Mercury: I'll do it.
Glynda: Mercury, is it? Very well, let's find you an opponent.
Mercury: Actually, I wanna fight... him.
*Mercury points to Y/n.*
Glynda: Hm, Mr. L/n. I see why not. Mr. L/n!
*We see Y/n lying back with his feet kicked up. He has his headphones causing all noises to be drowned. Soon he gets smacked by Yang and he looks over and sees that she's pointing at Glynda.*
Y/n: Oh my bad Teach! Lost in the moment. So who am I fighting? Team CRDL? That would be so much fun.
Cardin: Shut your mouth you-!
Y/n: Up up! Don't speak to me. So who will it be?
Glynda: It will be Mercury, Y/n.
Y/n: Mercury huh? *He looks over and scouts him out.* You don't look too shabby. Might have some fun.
Mercury: Don't worry, I know I will.
Y/n: Yeah? Well let's get this over with.
*Y/n walks down to the arena and grabs Red Queen from the locker room. Him and Mercury come out at the same time.*
Glynda: Now I want a fair fight between the two of you. Begin!!
*Mercury leaps at Y/n trying to get the first hit off. Y/n dodges and kicks him away. Mercury flies but manages to land safely onto the ground.*
Y/n: Cmon man. Show me something! I'm just itching to fight!
Mercury: *He's actually crazy!* Fine!
*He leaps off and tries to kick Y/n's crotch but he dodges causing Mercury to do a backflip and sees Y/n on the other side of the arena. He becomes shocked.*
Mercury: *His speed! There's no way I'll be able to keep up with him! I'll just have to try harder!*
Y/n: You were closer that time! Cmon keep going!
Mercury: Fine! If it's more you want! Then I'll give you more!!
*Mercury once again blasts off towards Y/n and tries to land a hit but once again Y/n dodges and sends him packing. Mercury lands again and wipes his face. He smirks and goes to him. He lets out a surge of kicks and Y/n manages to block every single one of them. Mercury then manages to leg sweep Y/n.*
Y/n: Oops.
*Y/n lands on the ground and Mercury leaves no time in between him landing and immediately lets out a flurry of punches which only begin to anger Y/n. Blue and Red sparks come flying off of Y/n's arm and soon he punches Mercury and sends him into the roof. Mercury begins to fall and is caught by Glynda.*
